We purchased this dehumidifier for our basement that is roughly 900 square feet. It was very easy to set up and runs great. I empty the container every one to two days. It also comes with a drain hose that will automatically drain as it fills. It runs vey quiet also. I would recommend this product.

I recently purchased this dehumidifier for my daughter's new house which has an open, unfinished basement. There was a constant musty smell and I wanted to try to dry the air enough to eliminate it. I set it up to drain into a HVAC pump but having an optional built-in pump is a nice feature. The unit is relative quiet for a 7,000 square foot capacity. The controls are easy to use and the multiple fan speeds are very useful. Within 2 days, the humidity had decreased from 65% to 45% and the musty smell was gone. I would highly recommend this product. JL - Plymouth, MA

We live in the Midwest which means of course we have a finished basement and of course we actually spend time down there. It also means we run dehumidifiers constantly. We've been through several, and so far this has been the best value for the large capacity and efficiency. Love that it also has some protection to avoid the water sloshing all over me when I empty it. We plan to use the pump function when we travel.

Living in a condo on the Gulf Coast, humidity can really be a problem, especially during the winter months. I purchased the Waykar CTH150PB after extensive research, and I have not been disappointed. On high, this dehumidifier is the quietest dehumidifier I have ever had, and on low, you hardly hear it running. The pump-out system works great. Waykar is also a great company to work with. I emailed a few questions about the dehumidifier's operation when I first installed it, and they answered them all by the end of the day. Several of my neighbors have seen the dehumidifier in operation and have ordered one. I highly recommend the Waykar CTH150PB.

In Houston, Texas, the weather causes humidity to build up easily inside the house. I could always feel a dampness indoors and knew the humidity was high, but I eventually found out it was at 75%RH. With the intention of controlling the humidity, I purchased several different dehumidifiers through Amazon, but they were surprisingly noisy, so I returned them all. In the end, I placed a Waykar 150-Pint on the first floor and became satisfied with it. First of all, if you are sensitive to noise, please buy this product. Also, this product has an automatic pump that drains water frequently, so it is safe to leave it on even when you go to work. For your information, there are products that can be controlled via an App. Of course, it is nice to be able to control them from outside the house, but the problem is that there isn't much time to adjust them frequently (I often miss the timing). It is actually more convenient and better to just leave it on or set a timer before heading out. The dehumidifying function is also good. Although it depends on the situation, if you keep it on the normal setting, it usually brings the humidity down from 75RH to 50RH within an hour. I recommend this product.

Never heard of this brand, but it had great reviews. Simple setup and works great! Took the humidity down from 79% to 42% quickly and keeps it stable. The pump makes it easy to set it and forget it. I check it about once a week. Would highly recommend.

Easy to install. Pump works very well. I don't have to worry about changing the bucket, as it drains directly into my laundry output.

It gets extremely humid in the summer where I live and this dehumidifier has my basement feeling fresh. With the pump I can just let it go its thing and don’t have to worry about dumping it out

Literally plug and play. Once plugged in, my basement was at or below 45% humidity in less than two days.

Great dehumidifier! Helps keep my coastal home at a more normal humidity level.

A very efficient dehumidifier that really lowers humidity levels in an unfinished basement, so effective that I have to empty it twice a day.

my only gripe with this machine is that it has the pump capability but doesn't come with the adapter to connect the drain hose. other than that its good. its noticeably loud, but I keep in the basement so its not a bother at all upstairs.

Decent dehumidifier for large room, bit bulky. Shipped in original packaging, risk of damage in transportation
