Customer Ratings & Reviews

Dehumidifier works well to clear out moisture in home. We like that it's not noisy since we have in our great room where we spend most of our time. It pretty much runs all day an night since we don't want our humidity levels to go over 50%.

It has been a very humid summer in Cleveland so I thought it was time to replace a very old dehumidifier with an updated model. I didn't know how much moisture was in the the air in my house until I began using this dehumidifier. It is powerful but quiet. My basement is dry and my house feels more comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase and know it will get a lot of use. I picked model that matched just what I needed for a basement, but I can use it anywhere in the house since it is lightweight. Emptying the water is easy and even though I have to walk to another part of the basement, it never spills. I empty it about once a day. Great product and not expensive.

Placed in my basement. Did an amazing job with the moisture that had occurred in the humid days during summer heat wave. Love this product. Doesn’t take too much space and doesn’t make too much noise.

This dehumidifier caught my attention because of the square footage and the sleep mode. When the dehumidifier was delivered and I set it up for my first use, I realized it had a laundry mode. I use this mode mostly in my home because the laundry room is small and it gets pretty humid in the room. I have an allergy test to find out what I was allergic to and mold was one of them. Our laundry room gets mold very much especially the washing machine but since I use this dehumidifier when we are doing laundry, I have noticed the difference. I also use the sleep mode in my bedroom. I would highly recommend this dehumidifier.

I have a pretty damp basement and I inherited an older dehumidifier when I bought the house. After some research, I put my money into purchasing this product and it’s been working super well since I bought it. I would say it’s quiet for the most part. It’s in my basement and I don’t hear it. It’s small but it’s keeping my basement dry. I use the hose, so I haven’t needed to use the bucket. I love that I can set the humidistat and not worry about turning it on/off.

This is one of the best purchases I have made. The reason I purchased this product was because my center was stuffy and held moisture inside. After I purchased this unit the room is fresher and don’t have that musty smell. Also the windows don’t fog up as before. I highly recommend. My building is approximately 1500 square foot and this unit works well and I am glad I made this purchase from Best Buy.

I purchased this dehumidifier to put in our bedroom that was always more humid than the rest of the house. WOW it does an amazing job. I am totally able to keep my humidity at a very comfortable 44% which my very expensive guitars just love. Easy to set up and operate. The company shipped super fast!

Very quiet. Perfect to have out in the open. Not too big and is on rollers. Option to use a drainage tube.

Great little machine. Definitely exceeds my expectations. I am going to buy a second one for my basement

This is the second dehumidifier in my home. The first one I purchased was a different brand that holds more water and is rated for larger rooms, but this Waykar 80-pint dehumidifier outperforms it. This unit is compact, easy to use, holds a good amount of water, and is easy to empty thanks to the convenient handle on the water tank. It's quiet and pulls an impressive amount of moisture from the air. With my other dehumidifier running, the humidity in my home stays around 45%. As soon as I turn this one on, it quickly drops to 40%. I will definitely continue buying this brand in the future. The colored indicator lights are also a great feature. The light is green when the room is at your preferred humidity level, orange when humidity is elevated, and red when the water tank is full. There's also a handle on the top of the dehumidifier, making it easy to carry when you need to move it. For even greater convenience, it has wheels for effortless mobility. 10/10, I love this product!

I bought this product to replace another dehumidifier in my basement that lasted less than a year. I have had this product for about a month and so far it has been great. I use this product in my basement and I keep the humidity level about 45%. Product is easy to setup out of the box. I feel the unit is quiet and has a small footprint. The controls are on top of the unit and easy to use. I personally would like to have a larger bucket that collects the water, but it does offer a continuous drain option with the supplied hose. I have not used that option. Generally I just dump the unit 1x per day.

This unit runs smoothly and is more compact than I pictured. It's doing a good job at dehumidifying my 1,000 SF basement. I would prefer it have an 'auto fan' speed setting, but it's good value for the cost. Would recommend overall for a decent dehumidifier.

It has made a noticeable difference in the humidity levels in my home. The water tank is easy to empty, and I appreciate the automatic shutoff feature when it's full. I would recommend this dehumidifier to anyone looking for an effective and easy-to-use solution for excess moisture.

Bought this unit to replace a current one in my basement. Very pleased. Arrived ahead of scheduled time. Easy to install for direct drain. Very quiet unit, displays humidity level. Easy to clean filter, when running there is a flap that moves up and down to disperse the air more evenly in the area. Very pleased, great unit, highly recommended…would definitely consider more products from this manufacturer if and when needed

Quiet and energy efficient dehumidifier. Works great. More ideal for drain hose setup. If you prefer drain bucket setup, not so ideal due to a small drain bucket.

Humidifier is super efficient and quiet effectively removes humidity very fast and is very accurate!

This is the perfect size for an average size living area. I have it in my living room, and it takes care of my bathroom and bedroom also, which are right next to my living room. It does need emptied a few times a day on very humid days since I can't have it on continuous drain, but I'm very happy with it since it is so much more comfortable in my house. Would highly recommend.

I've had this nice little apparel for a few months now,i can tell you it really does a perfect job. Firstly,it's easy too set it up,secondly easy to take the water out of it,thirdly works accordingly to my home needs. It keeps my home away from humidity

Very impressed with this performance. It is covering a large area, cycling as expected and keeping humidity well under control. It is much smaller than the unit that it replaced, but covers the volume easily. Also quiet. Great purchase and value.

This is the best dehumidifier I have bought by far. It’s quiet, has a big tank, and does the job very well. Living in Louisiana comes with high humidity and I no longer have to worry about that. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs humidity control. Customer service is great as well.
