I included this HDD in my first pc build. I use it to store my photo and video archives. It is a fast drive, and lives up to its specs. I have found it to be very reliable. I was able to get it at a very good price. I am so impressed by it that I bought a second one, that I have put into an external drive housing. I use that as a backup drive. If you want a fast HDD, you can't do better than this one!

My PC shuts down suddenly when playing demanding games and noticed it only statted happeneing after I installed this HDD, i want to like it but worry that it will continue so i have to return it if that is the case. Already happened three times, twice while playing Ready or Not and surprisingly once while playing CS 2

I recently purchased the WD - BLACK 6TB Gaming Internal Hard Drive, not for gaming but to use in my NVR system for security cameras, and it has exceeded my expectations. The drive's performance is top-notch, with fast read and write speeds that ensure smooth and uninterrupted recording of high-definition footage 24/7. The 6TB capacity provides ample storage space for days of video, and I haven't noticed any lag or issues, even with multiple cameras recording simultaneously. It's also quiet and runs cool, which is a huge plus for continuous operation. Highly recommend this hard drive for anyone needing reliable, high-performance storage for an NVR or similar use!

Super fast and reliable affordable and efficient for the price

The drives have performed well so far. Setup as a strange solution within windows for data redundancy. Worth these two running I feel confident my data will remain safe (still do external backups). They are speedy and responsive and reliable.
