The officially license WD Black for the PS5 really enhances my gaming experience and installing it was a complete BREEZE. Why get this? Well, I got tired of deleting games just so I could download my newest ones, so I was looking for a way to double my storage, well, look no further. This tiny, yet powerful addition to my PS5 not only does the job in doubling my storage, but once installed, the PS5 allows me to choose default installing between the stock SSD or the WD Black. A nice little option. With its dominant performance in PCMark 10’s benchmarks, this SSD is equipped with a slim form factor, complete with a Heatsink, a must for the PS5, makes it my go-to. This model has a 4-lane PCI 4.0 express set up shooting out a 96 layer TLC 3D NAND flash memory. It uses the NVMe 1.4 protocol over the PCIe 4.0 bus, and features a homegrown WD G2. Max Read is 7,000 MBPS & Write is 5,300 MBPS. It successfully copied my full Call of Duty game from stock SSD to its own SSD in minutes. Bottom line: This is a must have for any PS5 gamer looking to add more storage for their gaming at decent price. It’s super easy to install (you can find tons of videos on YouTube to help) and I highly recommend it to all my gamer friends.

I love my ps4, its a great product. I didnt think it could get any better. But when i got the the ps5 and put this in it and saw how easy it was to increase the memory and its crazy how fast it is! I now call my ps5 the millennium falcon. And absolutely wreck every child on c.o.d. making them rethink their life choices. 5 out of 5

Bought this for my sons PS5 as the internal storage on the PS5 small . Was a easy install and works flawlessly. Mine also included the heat sink .

I installed this WD-BLACK 1TB SSD in my PS5 because I needed more storage, and after reading many reviews from BEST BUY and other sites. I decided to go for it because its perfect for the PS5, and its also very affordable and reliable since its WD so I highly recommend it. I've been using it for over a month and no issues and works pefect like it should, and anyone can install this.

Adds 1TB of space to the PS5 internal storage. Makes pretty data transfer speeds as well. Came with a small heat sink metal plating that coats the outside of the m2 memory card. The package says if used in a PC with windows 10/11 there is a RGB light. The card was kinda expensive but it is officially licensed for the PLAYSTION 5 system so I went with what was offered at Best Buy. It performs great.

Super easy to install into a PlayStation 5 and instantly gives you more storage so you don’t have to keep uninstalling and downloading games. Only tool required is a small Phillips head screwdriver to secure the SSD. Pictures show how many games I can have on the SSD compared to the internal storage.

I got 13 games on my ps5 now, very good and helps games load faster. Buy it. It’s a little expensive but at least I don’t worry about storage ever.

Definitely a good purchase to have more space to download games and DLC and with how chunky some updates can be! Glad I got it for my PS5! And how easy it was to install into the PS5!

The only downside to this is that it didn’t come out sooner! Now that it’s out they’re hard to find but if you get your hands on one then you won’t be disappointed. One of the fastest M.2 SSDs and comes with a built in heat sink (a must have for the PS5). Took me five minutes to install and that includes taking the pics. Enjoy!

This is a great SSD for a PS5. It’s very easy to install, takes about 3 minutes. The read speed is about 6500MB/s so it’s blazing fast! Get it on sale!

Once you find the M.2 slot on your motherboard, you're nearly finished. This was super easy to install. Appreciate the heatsink and the little RGB was a nice bonus. Going to get one for my sons PS5, sadly he wont see in tucked away but the performance and speed make up for it.

I got this and I had no idea that Seagate made an SSD and it was a few more dollars extra and so I exchanged unopened for the Seagate SSD Seagate gives your stickers its awesome

This is a good external to buy its high buy if you have the and you are willing to spend at 200$ or more go and get it worth it I got the 1tb for only 140$ because it was on sell so I went on and brought it worth every penny
