No issues yet... load times seem the same as the PS5's internal SSD so far. The heatsink casing seemed solid when I installed the SSD and I expect this thing to last me at least a few years. Usable storage from the start was almost a full 2TB which was nice to see. So far, I've run some COD titles and other AAA modern games with no issues. PS - I'd say the 2TB option is a better deal than 1TB... in my case it was only slightly more expensive than the 1TB option

purchased this drive since I was in need of more storage for my PS5 which had pretty much no space left on the internal storage. The installation process was extremely easy, the only part I'd consider hard for anyone inexperienced with opening up the PS5 is popping off the side panel, but other than that it's very straight forward. Once installed and formatted the drive works extremely well and moving games from the main storage to the extended is amazingly fast, moving a 200GB game in 1 minute. I believe that if anyone ever feels they're tight on space for their PS5 this product is a must have, it gives you plenty of space to work with, the speed is top of the line, and the installation is an easy one time deal.

Ive been waiting to buy more memory for my playstation for a few years but i have a family and when this 2tb wd ssd came on sale i was ecstatic! I rushed to get off work and rushed to millerville best buy but they were out and i only had 13 mins until the coursey location closed that had 8 in stock. I rushed over with only minutes left and pirchased the ssd. I immediately went home and installed the ssd woth my favorite games and started playing crimson desert after it updated and i notices a significant difference in play speed and load speed. Great item for a fair price. Im super happy with my purchase!

Bought this on a whim while I was here purchasing a pc. I really didn’t need it but I’m so glad I bought it! It was very easy to install and was a seamless process to format and to move my PS5 games , finally to my console! Love that all of my games are on my console now instead of having to move certain games to install new ones. I definitely recommend!

Works great, I can now store all the games I have on my PS5 without having any on the PS5 hard drive. Also easy to install took about 4 to 5 minutes.

Solid build with thick heatsink and comes ready to rock in PS5 or in use with PC. If you catch it on sale it's still a great value despite rising NVME/SSD prices.

Super easy to install. I did have a bit of difficulty understanding how to actually use it once installed it just took me about a week to figure out how to move stuff around from old drive to new one but I finally got there. Super pleased with the performance and speed.

It does what it says it does, which is let you download more games. It's a super easy install, and the only thing you'll need is a screwdriver. My PS5 is just as fast, if not a tad faster, as it was fresh out of the box.

I bought this 2TB internal storage for my son’s PlayStation 5. It was a very easy install, under ten minutes. The PlayStation seems to run a little faster. He is very happy with it.

Before I bought this product I was so limited to storage. I had to delete games in order to update one certain game that I played every day that eventually led to only having that one game running. After I bought this product I was able to download all the games I deleted with ample amount of space left with no worries of updates.
