I bought 2 of these for my Synology 225+ NAS. Installed them according the Synology instructions and they work perfectly.

As expected. No complaints. Plug and play. Couldn’t find purple for video recording so opted for red.

I got this drive at a great price from Best Buy. The only issue I had was the shipping box. It was not securely packed. One side of the shipping box was smushed and it had a hole from which I could see the hard drive box easily. Otherwise, the hard drive itself works great.

This is a nice drive. I bought it for use in my synology NAS. It's quiet and relatively fast. It's not as fast as other enterprise level drives, but it's also way quieter. The reason this is 4 stars is because it's so expensive. $200 for a 4tb drive is insane. I wouldn't have purchased this if I didn't need it right now. Hard drive prices are skyrocketing right now. Wait until these are less than $20 per TB to purchase.
