I ordered a pair of these for a home NAS right before the prices started skyrocketing. They were delivered quickly in a well packaged box and are performing great so far.
I would recommend this to a friend

Dead on Arrival when purchased.

Dead on arrival when purchased. Didn't realize it was 15 day return window, and going through the warranty process. Already had to pay for shipping, Western Digital claimed I wasn't charged when I followed up, and been 3 weeks and still waiting on the replacement. Will definitely reconsider Western Digital going forward and a bit annoyed with Best Buy as well.

Already had to pay for shipping, Western Digital claimed I wasn't charged when I followed up, and been 3 weeks and still waiting on the replacement. Will definitely reconsider Western Digital going forward and a bit annoyed with Best Buy as well.
