Q: Would I be able to return if it didn’t work for me?
A: When I bought mine I asked the store the same question. I was told I would have no problems if I needed to return it. Now that being said after I installed it, I went from no service to full bars.
A: Yes it will. They sell coaxial boosters, that may help. Mine came with 2 30’ cables and I needed both. I have very good reception. I did recently put a pole in for my tv antenna and added my recieved to that and the extra height helped.
A: Yes,that is the same situation Y I bought it. I am in VERY RURAL MS, and cell towers are few and far between in the poorest state in the country! And.it uses little power so, yes, a generator has no prob ! I went to electronics school; I know about such things!
A: Can't say if its the right product for you but can give you my impressions of the product. I live in a smaller house and mostly confine my use to one or two rooms. I also have Verizon and use a jet pack. the hardest part of installation is choosing a location to mount the external antenna. they say the best place is to mount it on the roof as the antenna needs to face in the direction of the nearest cell tower. I have no place on the roof for mounting but found I could mount the antenna on my back deck railing and face the nearest cell tower. If you want to boost the signal for the whole house my best guess is you will need a stronger whole house booster and not one for just one or two rooms. Best advice is to check their product guide and installation guide to see what would work best for your situation.
A: I use mine with an RV at various locations. This particular model is not designed to be moved around easily due to the mounting equipment provided, but it can be done. I just use zip ties where ever I go vs the screws and brackets.
A: Yes it will work great. Be sure to find out where you closest version tower is and follow the instructions on proper placement. You will be happily surprised at how well it works. I have had mine for 4 years and very satisfied.
Q: Do you have to have WIFI with this product?
A: No you do not just make sure you follow the directions I had to put me be up on a pole I built for best service I went from no service to full service
Q: How many phones can it connect at a time?
A: Hello! The amount of phones is technically limited to the tower, but a safe mental number for your own record/thoughts is about 100.
