My wife now loves to dehydrate all kinds of things like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, peaches, mushrooms, onions, squash, carrots, spinach, kale and more! She's reduced shelf space dramatically and most will last about a year.

My son used this to dehydrate beef and it worked great. It does take a long time to dehydrate. He let is go through the night to make it crispy.

I’ll start with the positives. it’s very easy to clean. It’s easy to set up and operate. However it does not cook evenly. And it takes much longer to get the desired results than the book says. I would try another brand if I had it to do over again.
