A Boston psychiatrist named Fraser returned to his father's hometown of Seattle in despair after ending his two unhappy marriages. He lived in an apartment with his father's private female health consultant invited from the UK and his brother, who was also a psychiatrist. Dr. Fraser found a job at a local radio station, hosting a program similar to a psychological counseling program. In this position, he could use the radio waves to solve people's psychological problems. He made many friends and was forced to face the "enthusiastic" female program producer every day.
