Really love my new microwave! It works great abs even tho it is a low profile microwave it accommodates everything I need! When what your cooking finishes it make a pleasant chime sound! Just wish the light was a little brighter underneath! Shopped many stores for weeks and decided to look online at Best Buy to see what they had! I found exactly what I wanted with lowest price! I usually get good deals at Best Buy and this microwave was one of the best! Very pleased with my purchase!

I purchased the microwave due to the low profile and I'm so glad I did. Like many people, my previous microwave was too big and did not provide enough clearance over the stove. This was a great solution, and the unit itself is very quiet, heats food quickly, and looks great. Very happy with the purchase.

So far, I am quite satisfied with my Whirlpool low profile microwave. It was bit more money that similar models however this model has keypads on the exterior compared to other models where you have to open the door to access the keypad. Also it has metal underside while other models had a plastic bottom which would be hard to keep clean. It is easy to use, very sleek looking, and looks like it is built in appliance. The only negative thus far is the exterior bottom light is not very bright. BB installers did a great job installing the microwave and 110 outlet.

Installed on 12/23/2020. Product includes separate booklets for install and end user instructions - which is great. Install took about 4 hrs. Regarding the microwave itself ... The audio confirm, e.g. done warming a food item, is too high pitched and barely audible. It's probably fine for someone under 30 ... but not so over 50. Two other disappointments with this microwave: 1. Control panel is NOT backlit... meaning you'll need to turn on a supplemental light if kitchen is dark; 2. Power level is weaker than expected... takes 90 seconds to warm up a dish that would take only 60 seconds with my old microwave. Aside from the above items ... it looks great.

Love how low profile it is. I was worried that I would have some kind of high pile of food that it would not fit. It has been over 8 months, and I've never had that problem. Love how minimalistic it is. Looks great with my IKEA kitchen cabinets.

I recently moved to a house thst had a cabinet over the stove that is taller than most. This cabinet over the existing 1984 (!) built-in was so low It made it impossible to see the controls on the stove without bending down. This microwave is perfect. It's 4-5 in. shorter and allows for easy viewing of the stove. Inside clearance is 6-7", but width is similar to most microwaves. Everyone who sees it is fascinated by the low profile. I would highly recommend! Plus it has a very nice chime when done.

My new 1.1 cu ft whirlpool microwave is beautiful and was easy to install. Only negative is that when it’s done cooking the bell is Inaudible.

For our kitchen remodel this works perfectly, we were able to slot it into the existing space and it looks sleek and beautiful!

I like the low profile microwave. It gives me more vertical space above the stove. The reduction of vertical space in the microwave compared to a standard microwave has not been an issue.

Updated the microwave at our new house, we could not use a regular size model, this one fit perfect. Purchased on a member pricing day and it was even cheaper.

Was a little worries about how it would look sticking out of my cabinets, but it's great. Plenty large to microwave anything you want and great venting options.

Great above the stove microwave. Runs quietly, heats things up quickly. The defrost feature is wonderful. Love it!

Looked all over to find a microwave that would fit in the space and this fit like a glove.

I have been partial to low profile microwaves. There is no reason to make them so big. I got this on sale at $320 too. I am very happy with it.
