I finally splurged and got this flush-mount microwave for my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier! It has freed up so much space on my counters, and it looks so amazing! It's also not that much more expensive than a standard countertop microwave, but it glams up my kitchen so much more! It's well worth the tiny bit of extra money it cost. I looked for a microwave for months before I finally decided on this one and I'm so glad I did! It works like a champ and heats food evenly, even without the turntable, which turns out, I don't miss at all!

This microwave is stunning! I love everything about it, especially the fact that there is no turn table. It is sleek and looks ultra modern in my kitchen. It does get fingerprints that are easy to wipe of with a dry towel. Works as it is supposed to. I would definitely recommend.

I really like it is flush mount. That is exactly what i needed as my grates on the stove are higher than the last one. It appears to work well warming food. It looks modern, has a good fan and surface light. Installation was straght forward, but i did have to remove the cabinet above, I realplaced with a horizontal opening door to use that smaller space. Very happy with it.

I love it! It looks so classy. Works well. Very quiet. Looks so much better than the non-flush microwave. Cost a little more, but once it was installed, I feel like it's worth it just to have this look.

Looks great. We love having the combo buttons (1 touch) for both 30 second/start and 1 minute start. Seems to heat well. We like not having a carousel. We mostly use it to heat beverages, reheat food, and cook eggs. Venting through upper duct and lighting of stove are both great!

I love this microwave! It looks amazing with it being flush with cabinets. Its also extremely easy to clean and cooks great! Highly recommended!

I love this microwave. it is easier to clean since the front is all glass, except for the very top. Having it flush with the cabinets gives a great look, which would only be a problem for anyone who heat/cook large casseroles or other large items. The installations crew were great and explained that the turn table is not needed because heat comes from both sides of the microwave not just one. This was something I did not find when reading information on it before I purchased it and figure I would manually turn a food item if needed, which I have not had to do. So much easier to clean without the turntable. The only down side (4 stars) it is had a small indentation on the front vent panel, but fortunately no paint was scratched off. It appears to be a manufacturing defect, that is what the installer said and the way it looks I agree. Fortunately it's not too noticeable and I received a credit.

Beautiful, and quiet, quiet when on, quiet fan, and even the notification sound is pleasant. Easy to install. I like that it has no turntable! Great purchase, very happy with it.

Time will tell if it really deserves 5 stars, but for now, I'm loving it. Having the cabinet flush depth makes a huge difference, particularly in my smallish kitchen. The design it top shelf, so to speak. The intuitive ease in finding the right settings is greatly appreciated -- I don't need a new hobby. The new technology and lack of a turntable to struggle to clean and not break is an improvement. Frankly, I'll never really 'cook' with it, more of a re-heat appliance.

Got this because the install was included versus buying the $199 microwave and paying $229 for the installation+ replace the vent good and install the outlet. BestBuy really should promote they install the electrical outlet needed for the product because I would have bought faster if that was clear to me. Microwave is flush with everything. No handle to stick out. Fan is reasonable in terms of sound and everything works well as it's only been 11 days. Installation was available the next day and they did well. Professional. Clean and taught us how both purchases they installed work. It looks great but I don't feel like taking pics at this hour. Sorry y'all.

Quiet operation...sleek looking....blends into cabinets well

Great Microwave! The only issue I have is when cooking sweet or white potatoes using the potato sensor burns and hardens at the end of both sides. It’s a beautiful modern microwave and easy to use.

Had been looking at this microwave and its Kitchenaid brethren multiple times. Well the whirlpool that came with the house the light bulb went out. This time when changed it stayed on and the control panel was no longer responding. So went ahead and got this sleeker one. Love the 3 exhaust fan speeds, the lighting for me over my stove top I have to remember sometimes to turn on my under cabinet lighting. The interior size for what I heat up are just fine. I was concerned about not having a turn table but its worked out just fine as well.
