Needed to find a microwave that had dimensions that worked well with the built in cabinet space and was stainless steel. Looks and works very much like the Whirlpool microwave it is replacing. Working very well so far.

Looks great and works great too. Only complaint is a small piece of white foam is in between the glass on door.

Bought this for a business use (not to heat up food). Needed to be certain size to fit in space and needed to have good power (to cut down on time) - it does both. Have not had any complaints.

I had limited space and this microwave offers a lot of features and is as powerful as large microwaves, but fits into a slightly smaller space. Cooks well. Looks good.

We had a small space in our kitchen for a microwave and this one fits very well since it is small enough, but still has a full size turntable. The food sensing feature really works well and does not overcook our food especially when warming up leftovers.

I purchased this microwave to match all of my other stainless steel appliances. It looks great and works great too. Has the standard settings that you'd find on most modern microwaves.

I was debating between this and the same but larger and I am very glad I went this route. I have a range hood so whatever microwave I chose was going to take up valuable counter space. I picked up this one and put it in the corner above my lazy Susan and it is the perfect size and is very easy to use. The only downside I have found is that you cannot adjust the beep volume on this model. Obviously not a deal breaker for me.

I was replacing a 15 year old Whirlpool microwave and this unit seems to heat more true to time and more evenly. Much more room inside for same size dimensions. Only one negative, and it is a big one for us is that the clock does not stay on. Very weird, the clock only stays on for a short period of time after use. We were very used to using the clock on the old model in the kitchen.

Very nice microwave for the price. Would definitely recommend. We are getting a trim kit for it but it is on back-order. Once that is installed, it will look like an expensive built in microwave.

I made this selection at the Best Buy website without seeing the actual model. It takes an excessive amount of pressure from your thumb, or finger, to open the door. After 2 weeks the unit is still functioning properly. It does have plenty of power and cooks up quickly and it's quiet in operation.

We chose Whirlepool's microwave oven because the one that was burned out was very similar to this one. The learning curve is minimal except for the opening button and the excessive beeping when through. We aren't always in position to push cancel at the end to stop the noise. a volume control would help but I haven't found any reference to such a control. The button push is excessively hard for the eldery espically if you have arthritis in the hand(s) or fingers

We bought this to replace a similar model, which fit perfectly into the space we had. It works pretty much the same way the last one did. The only change is that this one came with a straight plug on the cord instead of a right angle plug. This limited how far back we could push the unit, so it sticks out a little further than the one it replaced.

This Microwave had a major problem with steaming up, even with small cook loads like a few slices of microwave bacon. This soon led to obvious streaking and spotting on the inside of the (non-cleanable) viewing window. Whirlpool customer service was the worst part. They insisted that this steaming situation is "normal performance," though I've never seen another microwave steam like this. I requested a service call to evaluate the Microwave but Whirlpool refused
