First part ordered on Feb 10, 2022. Did not work straight out of the box on delivery. Second replacement part ordered on Mar 14, 2022 (delivered Apr 25). This one worked for a month before it ran slower, and then intermittently didn't work at all a month after that. Best Buy return period is 30 days; Manufacturer warranty is 1 year but on first call they don't want to honor the warranty.

We love this unit. It is the second one we’ve purchased over the years and we really enjoy the power of the fans as well as the heating element.
