This refrigerator has a lot of well organized space. I have a very small kitchen in an older home. When I bought the house there was a 33 inch wide 20 yr old side by side. This 25 actually has more space in the fridge part.The freezer is small but well organized and the ice maker works really well. Overall very satisfied. Best price of all 25 inch fridge with ice maker

Great fridge. Just what I needed. If you don't buy a lot of stuff and just keep the essentials this is perfect for you. Personally did not want a massive fridge. It is quiet and keeps the food nice and refrigerated. Also has an ice maker which is great.

Picked this up, took it home and plugged it in only to find that the doors gaskets had gaps in the door and freezer hinge side. After letting the unit cool down for a day, the freezer had developed ice and condensation on the outside where the gaskets did not seal. Called Whirlpool and they cannot send a technician for 1 month. WOW! Now we have no refigerator.

Worst decision I ever made purchasing this fridge. Less than 12 months old and noticed all my meat and dairy going rotten over night. Of course the fridge has no temperature readout so you can tell how cold it is so you have to guess. Called Whirlpool who apologized for the one week wait to have it repaired but assured me it would be taken care of. 1 week later "repair" guy comes out with no parts to repair it. Says he's only there to diagnose. Opens the door agrees that its not cold enough and then says he has no idea when parts will be in stock. Could be 2 weeks...could be more. Nobody knows. I call Whirlpool as I'm annoyed that the call sat for 1 week with no parts ordered. A "manager" doesn't seem interested and said I should buy a big cooler and put ice in it every day and use that as a fridge until whenever parts come in. Insanity. If this is the level of customer service Whirlpool offers I have no idea how they're not out of business by now.

overall a solid fridge. It took a few delays for this fridge to arrive but I understand all the material delays with the pandemic. At night, depending on the proximity you can hear it. It is well built and I like the function to switch the door swing.

I needed a slim frog for my bar area and this one is the only one I found to work in my space and give me an ice maker. I think it is just average - nothing special, but it works for me. So far I am happy that I bought it.

I received a broken refrigerator during this pandemic. I can absolutely say I will never buy an appliance from Best Buy. No one in GeekSquad or Whirlpool seems to want to replace said item. It took two weeks for a technician to come to inspect said appliance only for them to tell me it was unrepairable. On the phone for three hours just for multiple representatives to tell me they can’t do anything. I am literally going broke from eating out for a MONTH! And no one cares. To have this issue during this time has been heartbreaking because I don’t think I’ll be able to make rent this month.

Perfect for me but I wouldn’t recommend for a big family that needs a lot of fridge space.

I liked it so much it was so gorgeous, however my spqace was too small I had to return it!!!

Refrigerator was garbage, installation service was even worse.

The ice maker stopped working about two weeks after I got it. Three and a half months after I got it, it stopped working altogether.

My refrigerator was purchased in June of 2020 according to the owners manual says there’s suppose to be five different temperatures but I can’t get my frig to get any cooler than 34° nothing stays cold , liquids in my refrigerator when taking out are room temperature ! owners manual said not to block the vent in the back of the fridge to allow proper circulation , and I always make sure that that’s clear at all times my temperature is not staying at 34° it also says that there is a cooler temperature but I can’t get it to go any lower than 34° Payed way to much money to have these problems

Does not keep temperature. Have had a warranty claim open for months with multiple attempts to repair. Will see this claim through to the end because we have to, but I would not buy this fridge again.

Bought this 5 months ago and plugged it in 3 weeks ago when I just finished renovations. Broke within a week of plugging it in. Whirlpool is horrible to deal with. Parts are back ordered months to fix it and they won’t replace it. Stay away from this company. The technician who came to fix it told me good luck dealing with whirlpool, they’re awful.

After waiting for months for delivery in six attempts at a failed delivery. I was happy to get it indoors and plugged in it appears to be working very nice and holds a lot of food
