Brand Reputation and Great Price for our Needs
This review is about our recent purchase of Whirlpool refrigerator Model: WRFF3236RZ It’s been over a couple of months since we bought this refrigerator and writing this review with fullest confidence on the brand reputation as our previous Whirlpool refrigerator worked for 19 years without any issues and as it’s at end of life cycle, we thought of replacing it. Best Buy provided a friendly purchase process plus timely and professional delivery as promised. Great professionalism. The new one is almost similar to our previous model (mid 2000s) in size with few extra features like its bottom freezer French Door style. We chose the model with no fancy bells and whistles or wireless Bluetooth etc. Door alarm and Temp alarm are very helpful. The water dispenser is conveniently inside (we all liked the feature) and in fact the design saves some storage space being inside the refrigerator. The only inconvenience is the need to open both doors to pull out the right side vegetable drawer (for our family members, it’s okay, as we got used to it (but when someone else tries to pull that drawer may cause damage to the plastic drawer). A bit smaller sized drawer prevents the issue but may be a manufacturer issue as they need to supply two different sizes of drawers and adds cost. Compared to our previous model, the plastic material (drawers) is a bit thinner in nature. I couldn’t figure out the purpose of a button next to temp display +/- . When pressed nothing happens and instead it looks bit scratched sticker in appearance and also it can’t be peeled off. Delivery personnel couldn’t tell what it is. I’m bit surprised there are 100+ reviews on this item (Best Buy site) and no reviewer made any mention of it. Not sure it’s peculiar to my unit (May be Geek Squad or Whirlpool need to throw some light on this). See the picture attached. The item is circled with RED mark. All most all our kitchen equipment are made by whirlpool and with that confidence, made a this purchase and definitely recommend this brand to others. Hopefully this new refrigerator works fine for a long time to serve our family.

Whirlpool refrigerator
The ice maker is inside the freezer it makes a shanking sound when dispensing the ice I like that it has the option to turn on/off the ice maker however it does detect on its own the ice tray is full and stop making more automatically. The fridge keeps items cool and it is spacious. Easy to clean handles and the outside portion.

Best access
This review is probably unique as it is based on accessibility. I have had a lot of health issues over the past few years. I'm having problems with mobility, muscle strength and balance. My prior refrigerator had a top freezer and a one door lower refrigerator. It had become very difficult for me to bend and reach into the back spaces in the refrigerated section. Many times I would have to pull up a chair to be able to reach in to pull something out or to put away groceries. I decided to get this french door model with the freezer on the bottom. I can now easily reach into every shelf. It is really amazing how much this has helped me. I've had this now for about a month and have been 100% happy with my purchase.

I love it…. So pick this one
“Huge upgrade for my kitchen!” I’ve had my new Whirlpool French door refrigerator for about a month now, and honestly, I’m super happy with it. I upgraded from an older side-by-side model, and the difference is night and day. It’s got this sleek stainless steel finish that doesn’t show fingerprints (a total game changer if you’ve got kids like I do). The French doors open wide and feel sturdy, and the LED lights inside make everything super easy to see — no more mystery leftovers shoved in the back. Ice & water dispenser = 100% love I use it constantly. It gives you cubed or crushed ice, and the water is clean and cold. It did take a little while for the ice maker to start making ice the first day, but now it keeps up just fine. The only tiny complaint is that it can be a little loud when it drops the ice, but it’s nothing crazy.

Nice upgrade
I'm loving this fridge. It was a long awaited upgrade. Cooling is good and it beeps when the doors are not properly latched. I like that the ice maker could be turned on and off. Not so much space on the inside due to shelf arrangements. You can't pugva gallon of milk upright, but you could at the door shelf. Making the space too tight for some items. But the door shelves are wide which is a plus. I love that the water is inside but if you have little kids might need some control. Delivery was great too and the water was connected to the outlet.
