Excellent washer couldn't be happier with the quality and the service from Best Buy was second to none

This machine is very durable and long-lasting. I have had this unit before and really like how easy it is to use. It doesn't have complicated controls so rarely had to maintain it. The coin pickup is easy to manage and has a simple user interface.

This washer warranty is 6 months. Do your future self a favor and GET the 5 year Geek Squad warranty Parts and Labor for $200. You can’t get a service person to diagnose for that much. Geek Squad is a great service!!!

We bought this machine for our condo building. We have just one washer and one dryer. None of us has experience in maintaining this equipment. But, our options for a coin operated washer are limited, and this seems to be the least objectionable option. It's finicky. If you adjust settings or open the lid after the cycle starts, you risk the machine stopping in the middle of the cycle. Then you need to reset it with one of several obscure reset procedures. Our last one broke down after just over three years. Also, the installation process was incredibly frustrating and stressful. It took four appointments and several lengthy phone calls to Best Buy. Best Buy assured me over the phone each time, and confirmed with me on separate phone calls, that the installers would do what was needed (move our dryer and disconnect our old washer) to install our new washer. But the Best Buy representatives made promises that the third party installers could not keep. I probably won't buy from Best Buy again in the future.

Previous model of this washer lasted more than 4 years before the motor started leaking oil. This new one seems to work well so far. Also bought the geek squad insurance this time. Hopefully it will be worth it when the time comes. The washer had some water in it when it was dropped off but delivery driver said it was because they tested it at the factory to ensure it works. This seems to be one of the cheapest coin operated washers. So I can't really complain about the price or recommend it because I don't have anything similar to compare it to. However I wished the parts would be more sturdy and the washer survive longer than 4+ years.

I have use same item it worked very well with minimal problems had to replace only problem buying from Best Buy was how long it took to get when it is needed.

I was disappointed with the delivery time. There must be a very high demand for coin operated washer/dryers. The appliances are very nice and my tenants really like them. I would like to see better directions on changing the coin value (IE. 10/32 screw). Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase!

The board was malfunctioned the first two days when delivered. It was intended for the tenants's use. First it took 2-3 weeks for delivery, then broken upon arrival. Not too sure how long it will last.

The washer works well and our tenants appreciate having a washer on premise. While it won't pay for itself with only a couple people using it, it does help pay the water bill. From everything the tenants tell us, it works perfectly, it's quiet, and cleans quickly.
