The unit itself may appear to be desirable however, when the spin cycle is running the machine is very loud and unstable. If there is the slightest imbalance it is very disturbing, The material used to build the unit is thinner and cheaper than my Kenmore unit I bought twenty years ago. If the part that wore out on that was still available I would have rather had that fixed and kept that machine. There is no SOAK choice on the washer dial. Instead there is a quick wash. That I do like. I also like that the control panel is above the dryer and no lint can get in it like my old machine. The installation was also frustrating, the installers did not want to take my old unit even though I had confirmation for them to take, in addition the installers were not able to complete the installation since they are limited to make any necessary adjustments to the duct work to connect the dryer and I had to have a technician come out and do it. The installers also did not connect the hoses properly and caused a leak. Initially, the free consult also did not do a proper evaluation and did not provide the measurements for me to order the unit. Overall, would not recommend their services until improvements are made. I was left for four months without being able to use my appliance. The sales representatives were very good but it's unfortunate that their support team (Geek Squad) and the initial consult could not do their job to completion. Also, the payment process is not great either. You either pay by phone or by check in the store. I wanted to pay online but had multiple difficulty with the website. The products looks great but don't be fooled. The quality over the past two decades has been compromised while the price has escalated.

Ok. I’m a bit mixed right now because washes well but having issues with the dryer. The delivery and install went as smoothly as possible. The Best Buy team was quick, efficient and thorough. Ran a first wash and it seemed good but then the dryer left things a little damp for my renter. Checked it out and yeah got some problems. I’ll update after I get it chcked

I love my washer and dryer, It was installed in my bathroom upstairs and I am glad to have the settings on the top section.

The stacked washer and dryer work great. I like the extra capacity compared to the old one. My mother loves using her new machine and I like using it when I visit her.

Great purchase! It is quiet for my small house. It handles very small or large loads well and easy to use. I love it!

Had three different ones delivered and something was wrong with each one. We waited four months to finally get one that worked and STILL, the buzzer doesn’t go off at the end of the cycle. I’m done with sending them back so we will just deal with it.

Installers were excellent on both days. Professional and answered all our question, Very courteous.

I am glad to have more capacity than the previous washer and dryer. That along with the various features make this a great product.

Had this Whirlpool washer dryer combo for a couple weeks now and we love it!

This stacked W/D unit is installed in the apartment we recently moved into. This is the worst washer/dryer I had EVER used. Every critical review is correct - filling it with water takes forever, sense fill leaves white stains on black clothes. The dryer is loud and you have to slam the door to close it. The whole unit is cheaply made and it tells you about it with every creak of thin metal. Overall, the unit appears to be coming from the caveman era compared to any Samsung/LG product.

POWER CORD NOT INCLUDED WITH A WASHER???? I am replacing my Whirlpool Thin Twin after 20+ years of service with a new Whirlpool, Whoever heard of a washer not coming with the power cord? I guess I must be OLD! However when I looked up the specs a comment box came up to say POWER CORD INCLUDED so I ordered it only to find out when delivered it was not included. Whirlpool you let me down. Called store and was on hold for over 25 minutes. Disappointing customer service.....but delivery service above board.

Don’t buy-1st unit delivered gives E1 error on washer after 3 minutes of starting! Called back Best Buy to look at sent a “tech” who of course had no idea what’s wrong so replaced unit and getting same error! Called again and was told a plumbing issue and not Best Buy’s issue. Had plumber come over verified there’s no “plumbing” issue that would prevent washer from working. Now just getting a refund. This is two weeks after original order!
