Still learning to use this machine. Clothes come out wrinkled no matter what setting. I think it's because the machine determines the amt of water that goes into it. If the clothes had more room in deeper water, there would be less wrinkles. Since it is a stackable, still trying to figure out the dryer heat settings. Timed drying does not allow you to set a heat, just the time. Some clothes come out too dry and some too wet.

Was trade for GE that they couldn't repair again. Had 3 months. Hasn't gotten out of balance yet. GE was about every load Water sensing sucks. Most loads water doesn't really cover. Use bulky setting. for towels, sheets, throw rugs and comforter. Fills all the way up. Wastes water and detergent though. Dryer noisy. To rinse only, fill to wash, open lid it will shut off. Then use drain & spin

I purchased the Whirlpool 3.5 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer and 5.9 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer with Dual Action Agitator in White, and my experience has been a mix of positives and a few challenges. The clothes come out clean and well-dried, which is the core expectation from any laundry appliance. Responsive Customer Support: One thing that stood out for me was the excellent customer support. I had to contact them a few times, once for a rubbing noise and another time for a strange noise during the spin cycle. They were prompt in addressing these issues, and the technicians they sent were able to fix the problems. Challenges: Noise Issues: Unfortunately, my experience with this appliance wasn't entirely smooth. I encountered noise issues, including a rubbing noise and a noisy spin cycle that made it sound like rocks were inside the machine. These noises were disruptive and somewhat concerning. I should note that I am in the process of moving, and the new homeowners will inherit this washer and dryer combo. Given that I've had to contact support for fixes, I hope they can get these issues resolved before they start using the appliance, ensuring a smoother experience for them. In conclusion, the Whirlpool washer and dryer combo have performed well in terms of their core functions, with responsive customer support being a significant plus. However, the noise issues were a downside that required multiple support calls. As I move, I hope that the new homeowners can make the most of this appliance once the noise concerns are addressed. Overall, it's a good washer/dryer combo with the potential to be great with the right adjustments.

Excellent machine to constantly wash clothes gently without ruining them. However, the dryer is super noisy as if there is metal on metal. I asked the installer about the sound and he said the sound will disappear over time. It now, after a year goes away after 10 minutes or so of drying.

The lint trap in the dryer is extremely poorly designed. There is large gap vetween inner wall and trap that grabs drawstrings and thin clothing. It has already destroyed several pairs of shorts and joggers. The final straw was when it destroyed 5 of my girlfriends panties and I had to face the wrath. Save yourself the headache and depression of a commando’ed girlfriend having to buy more expensive panties. Avoid this setup at all costs.

Good quality, large washer works well for bedding. Dryer is loud. Just needs to be reliable and last since getting any appliance now takes months. Fits well in my condo unit.

I think it isn’t as good as the old versions of stackable units but so much better the the GE I bought first

I really like this washer & dryer set except for the water sensor. They had some problems connecting the machine, some of the connections had been there for 22 years and were really hard to turn, but it worked out. I called a plumber and he was able to get it connected.

This is a great combo for the price. I like the large area for the wash and the water sensor. Clean wash and dryer is very efficient. Thanks.

I love it takes a little room and I don’t have to go back-and-forth between the dryer and washer

I'd own this unit before so I liked it enough to buy another unit. Only thing the dryer is loud in drying cycles.

Works great! The top load and dryer is very spacious as well. Been using it for over a year now and no issues.
