Product work as I expected. Since I bought the opened box, I don’t know how brand new is like.but my Unit work well. Beside the WiFi function which I can’t get it to work, the apps is not good but I don’t care anyway since it’s not my priority. The control panel is a little clunky, it needs hard press to work which I feel odds in 2026 since I get used to touch our phone screen. Other than that, it’s fine for now since I also paid for 5 years warranty.

I loved the range but they could never get the plastic protectant off the chrome around the front knobs. It was exactly the unit i wanted.

Touch tones for stove top are sometimes difficulty to engage. Oven takes a while to heat to desired temperature; however, good looking product for the cost.
