Best value , easy to operate . Oven got lots of features

I love the double wall oven. At the cost of this particular oven, I would expect the control manual to be included for ease of learning to use and not have to print it off myself. The air fry feature should be ready for use and not have to be downloaded from an app at a later time. Great space with tons of room and features to choose from.

The appearance of the stares is so pretty, it's convenient to make food, and it's easy to make food with various functions

My wife is very happy with the oven. The smart control via the whirlpool app is very easy. The convection oven is great.

The oven overall is good. The Best Buy experience was horrible! Bought an “open box” which actually was the floor model. It did not work. Parts ordered 14 days, then 21 days, then 4 months. Returned this one. Bought a new one for more than twice the price. Installation day delayed 3 times. 2 times - no reason. 1 time - damaged in transit. No oven for over 2 months! Best Buy provided some compensation, but not enough to make up for no oven at Thanksgiving or Christmas. Vowing to never purchase an appliance from Best Buy again!

Looks great in the kitchen. App was a struggle. Don't know why all operations are not hard wired as delivered.

A good mid range oven. Does a good job. Difficult to connect to internet but once done it great.

I bought this model to fit in my kitchen. the look is very nice. It has touch screen that I did not like much because I used to the old models.

love the oven- and 5 stars to Sam from customer service. we had some issues with delivery dates and once she was involved all issues were resolved and superior service.

Racks only slide in/out on bottom two shelves. Top use a hammer. Manual says it comes with air fryer & grill pan,,,No pans!!! Tried several times on phone call, WAIT & WAIT.. Please call

I did not get a Manuel do it is hard to understand. Had to go to utube to get answers!

My new range looks wonderful it meets all my needs and I like using the app with it as well
