This is the first washer I have purchased, and I must say I truly enjoy it! I knew from reading previous reviews that the washer does not stay open while the water is running. I use a powder detergent or pods, so it wasn't a problem for me. This washer works very well. I've had no problems so far, and my clothes come out clean with each wash. I really like the option to deep soak and the many others that come with it. I was worried about it lacking the center agitator, but it has still proved to be a highly efficient washer. You can wash a large amount of clothes or small with a delicate cold cycle. Perfect for a busy family and well worth the money! The last feature I'd like to comment on is the chart offered on the inside of the washer. It is a great guide to use this machine to its full potential. Love this washer!!

I love this washer... it is basically like a front load washer but top load so no seals to worry about leaking like on a front loader. Takes a little bit to get use to being there is no agitator but you load it like there was one. I have had it a week now and I am more then satisified. I would recommend this washer to anyone and when on sale its a deal. Bought the matching dryer to and didnt know till we hooked it up it has a light in it when you open the door.

This is a great washer! I’ve had it since last Saturday and the first day I did about 4 loads of laundry. The 4.3 cu ft has plenty of space. It is a very quite washer. I forget it’s on at times. I think the 12 cycle is amazing so many different options. There’s a load cycle for everything. I love that it senses the amount of water to use judging by the amount of clothes that’s in the washer. So that way water isn’t being wasted. I’m so happy with the purchase I made

This washer is wonderful! I moved into a new apartment and bought this washer because of its good reviews. The machines at my old apartment building left white stains on my work uniforms. I hated to use them. Would definitely recommend this to others!

If you are looking for a large washer with 12 cycles, this is a great choice. The 4.3 Cu. Ft allows for larger bulky items to be washed. We purchased the set but will only talk about the washer since that's what I'm reviewing. We went from a front loader washer to this one. Big plus... doesn't have the odors of a front loader when the door is shut. Always smells clean. Basic, simple, washes clothes wonderfully, love the fact that the agitator is on the bottom and not a rod up the middle. Washes quick on any load size or setting. The shore house we rent every year has the same one and it washes sandy towels and bathing suits great. Only had this myself since October 2016 but so far so good.

Exactly what we were looking for, good price, larger capacity, stainless basin, simple knobs but with many options, etc. Its much quieter than our old one and unlike our front load at a vacation home you don’t get the musty smell. Plus it’s designed, engineered and assembled in the US.

This machine is much better than its earlier versions. No crazy, re-balancing of your loads throughout the wash and/or rinse cycle. The lid is instantly unlocked when paused, and the clothes are cleaner than ever. It's as close as you can get to an old school, agitation style washing machine. This is a Good product, and was an even better deal than anywhere else. The price was between 60 and 20 dollars cheaper at Best Buy than at any other competitor.

I love this washer! Good size. It’s a lot more quiet than my old washer- which is welcome. It does an excellent job cleaning as well.

This washer is simple, easy to operate, and very user friendly. The inside is open and HUGE with no middle agitator thing so it doesn’t tear up clothes or get things like spaghetti straps, bra straps, or strings tangled up. The only thing missing is a softener dispenser. You have to use a downy softener dispenser ball (not included) if you want softener added to your wash. Pic with bleach bottle is just so u can see how much room is inside the washer. That is a standard size 3.57 liter bleach bottle.

I purchased a new Whirlpool washer and dryer recently from Best Buy. They are the Cabrio Series. I have had Whirlpool in the past and have been very pleased for years.

I have washed everything from rugs, blankets, comforters and everything in between and the clothes have come out clean, even my 7 year can do his own laundry with this 1 button load start

I’ve owned this 2 years now. Within 3 months had my first service call. Drum was not secure. 2 years later a piece fell out of the bottom of the washer and flooded my laundry room. Thank God for a drain in there. Fix it or go in for a new washer is my dilemma now. I’ve always had great whirlpool washers. Not this model.
