Replaced my 17 year old whirlpool front load with an updated version. Very happy. Hope this one last as long. Much quieter operation. Even fits my 17 year old generic pedestal. Not paying a stupid price for a pedestal!!!

WARNING: Be careful, do not buy anything from Best Buy under any circumstances! My house flooded due to inefficient installation by a third-party company hired by Best Buy. After 20 days of waiting for a resolution, I was informed that I must bear the costs of remediation and that the repairs are still being evaluated. I should point out that the house is new and has never been lived in. I received the keys on Thursday, but it was flooded on Saturday. The total estimated cost to carry out the repair is $25,000, and the remediation alone is $11,000. Therefore, if you don't want to go through the same problem I'm going through, NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY!!! - Best Buy Damage Claim 1125208186447 / 4A2508BGC3W0001.

I recently purchased this Whirlpool washer, and I’m truly impressed with its performance. It’s easy to operate, runs quietly, and cleans clothes thoroughly. I really like the variety of wash cycles, which let me customize each load from delicate items to heavy towels. The drum is spacious enough to handle large loads, which saves me time and energy. I also appreciate how efficiently it uses water without compromising cleaning power. The spin cycle is strong, so clothes come out less damp and dry faster. The design is sleek and modern, and the controls are simple to understand. Overall, this washer has made laundry day so much easier and more convenient. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient machine.

The Whirlpool 4.5 cubic feet front load washer is impressively quiet and offers ample space for large loads. It’s designed with user-friendliness in mind, featuring a simple interface with minimal buttons, making it easy to operate without any hassle. This washer combines efficiency with convenience, providing a seamless laundry experience. I just hope there is an option for the door to open left or right would help for apartment that have fixed location.

Haven't had long enough to really say how great it is; which is the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5. If it's still running great in like 5 or 7 years then yeah I'd give it 5 stars. Also it would be nice if you could switch the door swing, because it swings left and it'd be better for me if it swung right. However that's on me for not think about that aspect, but that's a minor inconvenience that doesn't truly bother me. Anyway after getting it installed, leveled, and familiarizing myself with the control panel it was easy to use. Washed a few loads and they had most of the water spun out of them. And it was nice and quiet. So I'm happy with it so far, but we'll see how it is long term.

A little confusing at first going from an older-school washer to this one, but once I got the language set - and learning a tiny bit of French to do so - works swell, quiet as can be. Provided it's not set to fast spin cycle, then I can hear it down in the basement shaking a little. Had to fiddle with the detergent gate to figure out how to lock it in the down position for liquid detergent, so other than that, very straightforward, good investment to replace a broken washer.

So far so good! Our old Whirlpool (only 3 years old) stopped working and because we have a large, exposed laundry room we needed a similar style to match the dryer. I was a bit skeptical of purchasing another Whirlpool but since this was the first time we had had a problem, I decided to give this model a try. Love the quietness of the washer and the overall way that it cleans. Also love that it is made here in the good old USA.

My precious whirlpool duets lasted me 19 years. I love them! This one’s taking me a little while to get used to. I didn’t realize you could adjust the spin cycle speed, my entire floor was shaking throughout the house! I’m still getting acclimated to the new set. Unfortunately, they were a 1/4” too tall using my previous base (pedestal) so I’m sad to loose those but so far after adjusting the speed to medium instead of fast, life is much better! I’m enjoying them and I like the cycle to keep tossing the clothes so that they “stay fresh” until I can get home to swap them to the dryer. I love my whirlpool duets! I hope I get another 15-20 years out of them!

This washer has been on the job for a month now, and I have to say—it’s pulling its weight! It comes with a ton of fancy features, most of which will probably remain untouched, like those buttons on a TV remote that no one dares press. But the important part? It cleans clothes like a champ. It stepped in to replace our battle-hardened, 10+ year-old Whirlpool veteran, which had endured years of tireless duty—multiple cycles a day, nearly every day—until something deep in its drum gave out. Sadly, the required part was no longer in production, leaving our faithful old washer to retire from its soapy service. This new one is a tad bigger than the old workhorse, but I wasn’t about to let that stop me. With some buttering up (literally), a well-planned running start, and a determination rivaling an Olympic athlete, I wedged it into its designated spot. I opted for professional setup and haul-away, and the team that arrived was top-notch—efficient, skilled, and possibly equipped with some kind of washer-moving superpowers. No complaints here!

I decided on a whirlpool because of whirlpool‘s long-standing history in washers and dryers. I was surprised to find out that their warranty is really quite poor. The washer however it is really good capacity. It’s large, but the washing is loud. I’m relieved that it is in my basement, but I still hear it in my house. The gentleman that installed it however were great. They knew exactly what they were doing. I am pleased with my purchase.

Was so happy to find the updated version of the same Whirlpool washing machine that came with our home which made it 19 years old. It was critical that we got a machine with the same dimensions due to space limitations. The water capacity is slightly higher, which is nice but still environmentally friendly and yet sufficient enough for our needs. Best Buy had the model on sale which was another bonus. Product arrived early and the store had it loaded for us quickly!
