Q: Does this washer use HE detergent?
A: Before purchasing this machine, I looked at the specifications and it said it did NOT have to use HE detergent. Once we bought it and had it installed the info screen on the machine said to add HE detergent. Im hoping this is just a general recommendation and that it is not necessary to use HE detergent. Comments?
Q: Can this washer take a heavy load like a quilt.
A: I washed a king size comforter in it with room to spare. I made sure to use the deep water fill option to add enough water for washing. It has a bulky items wash setting.
Q: Does this machine leave white spots on black clothing?
A: While I own this machine for less than a month, I would say No under normal usage. The reason any washer leaves white spots on black clothing can be many, which include: overloading, type of detergent, and the use of water. For example, overloading the washer prevents the agitator from working properly and would cause the detergent stuck among clothing. If washing with a cold water cycle, the washing detergent may not dissolve properly thus leave the white residue on clothing.

A: This washer is high efficiency but it is not energy star rated.
A: They fit easily through our entry door and interior doors. I do not have the measurements. Great set so far.
Q: How long is the normal wash cycle and quick wash?
