It’s big. Large enough that loads I used to have to split now fit with room to spare. Seems to do an excellent job of washing and the time is accurate (my older front-loaders used to stall on 1 minute remaining for about the last 10 minutes of the cycle.) I love the multitude of washing options and the fact that my house no longer feels like an earthquake is happening when it enters spin cycle. Could it be quieter? Perhaps. But a great washer for the value.

I replaced an aging GE model with this dryer. It has a very large capacity and is very good at drying everything. It is quiet and easy to use.

So far my new Whirlpool washer is working fine. I haven't had a new one for 16 years, so I am slowly adjusting to the more techie version. It seems like the wash time determined by the washer after sensing the load is long, but it may not be the final actual time, especially if I have a load of 12 small items - 1 hour? I haven't tried the steam setting yet. I did use the clean cycle which is new to me...but makes sense. So far the washer does a good job cleaning my clothes. I just wish the instruction manual had more information about the washer and its many cycles. I did look online and found some information and contacted Whirlpool. The company was very quick to respond with good information. My purchase date was May 2020 but I didn't receive the washer until August 2020. I assume COVID-19 had a lot to do with that. I was just thankful the old washer was working until the new one was delivered.

Well, I defer to "the boss" on this one. And in this case, no news is good news. I think she likes the new washer as well as you can like any appliance. No problems so far. It does a good job. Now can it last as long as the one we replaced it with. Ask me in 15-20 years...

My old Whirlpool washer was 12 years old and never required service so when it started acting up, rather than service it, I went with Whirlpool for my new one. So far I'm very happy. Huge capacity and does a good job getting everything clean. Will hold liquid detergent in the bottom, but I use powder, so I haven't tried this feature yet. Lots of features and cycle choices, but pretty simple to figure out.

The two things I like the least are the fact that you need to hold the start button for a full 3 count to make it start and it doesn't have a delay start. I wish I would have known those features before I purchased. I don't think it would have necessarily made me not buy it, but I was disappointed with these features. That said, I LOVE the wash and dry feature (allowing you to put a small load in overnight and it washes AND dries it!), the load and go feature (you fill the storage with liquid detergent and the machine determines the amount of detergent to use, pulling from that reserve. GREAT for teens doing their own laundry! It also lets you know when the machine it running low). I also like the steam and th sanitize cycles. Those is awesome for pet owners, like myself! The machine is large, allowing for more items and less loads of laundry.

Its big enough for big loads and so many options but we have to remind ourselves to open the door and the soap compartment after every wash to avoid mold.

Great for a king comforter. Nice xl size. Love the bottom detergent drawer so each load doesn’t need detergent added.

So far washer is performing better than the 12 year old LG it replaced. Wash appeared to be cleaner with less wrinkles. Operation is fairly quiet. Wash options on right are bit hard to see, if it can light up would have been great. Will see how it holds up over time.

I’m Done with Best Buy – A Cautionary Tale for Future Customers After years of being a loyal customer and Total Tech member, I’ve reached my breaking point with Best Buy. What should have been a simple washer and dryer purchase turned into a month-long nightmare filled with broken appliances, endless phone calls, and complete disregard for my time and needs. From the start, Best Buy relied entirely on third-party installers and technicians, which meant zero accountability. My delivery was delayed, my dryer arrived broken, and I was passed from one call center rep to another—eight calls in total—without resolution. Promises were made, appointments were missed, and I was left without laundry for over 30 days in a household of five. Despite my patience and repeated efforts to coordinate a simple return and replacement, Best Buy failed at every turn. No local support, no follow-through, and no respect for my time. I finally canceled everything, went to a local business (shoutout to Karl’s Appliances), and had everything delivered and installed—correctly and on time—within 30 minutes of walking in. Best Buy has lost my business for good. I will never purchase another appliance—or anything else—from them again. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, I strongly urge you to shop local and avoid Best Buy at all costs. Buyer beware. Best Buy #@bestbuy #@bestbuysupport #bby.me/bestbuy
