I was looking for a washer that looked good - I know, not something you'd likely hear often about a washer or dryer but it was important to me as our laundry room is connected with our kitchen. We also leave the door open for natural light so it was important to get something that looked good. As far as washes are concerned - everything seems great. I love the load and go feature with the large bin to hold detergent and softener. Long gone are the days of having to refill or throw in detergent pods. Literally just load and go. I do like the ability to connect it to wifi so it lets you know when your wash is done. There's also utility presets for when you need to run your wash to clean itself. And I was worried that the touch screen would be clunky and slow but I'm happy to report that it's actually quite responsive. Love that you can also create favorite wash types so you can quickly access them. Just click the heart icon and choose your wash and boom. This thing is also quiet! Which is perfect as I said earlier our laundry room is directly next to our kitchen where we spend a lot of our time hanging out and entertaining. So if we did need the wash going, it wouldn't be annoying. Really happy with this washer overall and looks great with the aesthetic of our home.

The washer does a great job and I really like the hi tech display and control panel. It is easy to use. For most loads, all you do is select what to wash and how to wash. You have the option to change settings when you want. This model has 2 bulk dispensers and both can be configured for detergent. This allows 2 different detergents to be available without having to measure for each load. I like the APP informing me when the cycle is over. I am still learning about all the things it can do, but I am a fan of the user interface, particularly the consistency between the washer and the 9620 dryer.

It’s amazing how quiet and smooth the Washing Machine operates. It’s large enough to wash my Bedroom quilt and did a beautiful job. It’s a wonderful Replacement for our ageing original GE that came With the house 23 years ago. A joy not to deal With the old Agitation Tumbler. Saving up to replace The dryer to the matching Whirlpool. I know it will be Amazing too!

All positives on wash and cycle options. Two improvements are the touchscreen has no backlight for where buttons are in dark when machine is off. Program cycles can’t be saved with no auto dispense of detergent when this mostly excellent feature is enabled. Each time the preferences need to be adjusted in addition to the favorite. If purchasing again, I’d probably buy the electronic button version instead of the touchscreen on the door. Less bending and more intuitive with easier feel in touch.

I replaced an aging GE model with this dryer. It has a very large capacity and is very good at drying everything. It is quiet and easy to use.

So far my new Whirlpool washer is working fine. I haven't had a new one for 16 years, so I am slowly adjusting to the more techie version. It seems like the wash time determined by the washer after sensing the load is long, but it may not be the final actual time, especially if I have a load of 12 small items - 1 hour? I haven't tried the steam setting yet. I did use the clean cycle which is new to me...but makes sense. So far the washer does a good job cleaning my clothes. I just wish the instruction manual had more information about the washer and its many cycles. I did look online and found some information and contacted Whirlpool. The company was very quick to respond with good information. My purchase date was May 2020 but I didn't receive the washer until August 2020. I assume COVID-19 had a lot to do with that. I was just thankful the old washer was working until the new one was delivered.

so far so good. no issues. pleased with performance. the only thing I would change is the end of cycle signal; it's not loud enough.

Its big enough for big loads and so many options but we have to remind ourselves to open the door and the soap compartment after every wash to avoid mold.

I was really worried about the digital display on these being clunky and hard to use. But I have to say I’m really impressed with the interface and ease of use. I much prefer the digital display to the traditional dials with too many options. The machines work very well, just as my past Whirlpools have. We actually bought LG first and did not like them, so we replaced them with these. If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely suggest you buy these, especially over the LG or Samsung.

Well, I defer to "the boss" on this one. And in this case, no news is good news. I think she likes the new washer as well as you can like any appliance. No problems so far. It does a good job. Now can it last as long as the one we replaced it with. Ask me in 15-20 years...

large capacity, automatic soap dispenser and VERY QUIET exactly what SHE wanted so if SHE is HAPPY everybody is HAPPY.

The washer is quiet when in use and it looks that it doesn't use that much water but clothes still come out clean.

5 weeks behind on laundry, use washer back to back loads, Did great job. 1st washer was damaged in delivery. Was sent another new one, Love the washer so far. Good for large loads.
