Q: Is there a way to keep the drum light on during a cycle, or does it only come on upon opening the door and then turns off shortly after? Also, is there a way to deactivate the Load&Go feature without having to disable it before every load?

A: Gr8ful, the drum light will not stay on during a cycle. You will need to disable the Load and GO before each load.

Q: What will happen if you want to use the single dispenser but forget to disable the Load&Go light and there is no detergent in the Load&Go Dispenser? Will it automatically seek to push detergent through the single dispenser?

A: Gr8ful, if you do not disable the load and go feature, it will still use the dispenser.

Q: What is the weight capacity of this washer? How many bath towels can it wash?

A: Very please with the washer. We wash California King comforter, blankets with no problem. Also tried putting 12-15 pairs of jeans and a few shirts and tow and the washer does a very good job. Hope I answered your questions.

Q: I'm trying to decide between a 4.3 cu.ft. clothes washer and the 5.0 cu.ft. That's a difference of 0.7 cu.ft. Can someone tell me what 0.7 cu.ft. equates to in an understandable way?

A: Even though it is not a huge difference it will still be better to get a larger one if the price difference is not substantial. It really will make a difference if & when you are washing a pillow, a big blanket or a comforter. As they say, bigger the better, right?
