Love the washer- especially its size and features like interior light, detergent dispenser

The two things I like the least are the fact that you need to hold the start button for a full 3 count to make it start and it doesn't have a delay start. I wish I would have known those features before I purchased. I don't think it would have necessarily made me not buy it, but I was disappointed with these features. That said, I LOVE the wash and dry feature (allowing you to put a small load in overnight and it washes AND dries it!), the load and go feature (you fill the storage with liquid detergent and the machine determines the amount of detergent to use, pulling from that reserve. GREAT for teens doing their own laundry! It also lets you know when the machine it running low). I also like the steam and th sanitize cycles. Those is awesome for pet owners, like myself! The machine is large, allowing for more items and less loads of laundry.

It’s big. Large enough that loads I used to have to split now fit with room to spare. Seems to do an excellent job of washing and the time is accurate (my older front-loaders used to stall on 1 minute remaining for about the last 10 minutes of the cycle.) I love the multitude of washing options and the fact that my house no longer feels like an earthquake is happening when it enters spin cycle. Could it be quieter? Perhaps. But a great washer for the value.

The Salesman was very helpful, and we got a great deal on a floor model washer. We especially appreciate the 5.0 Cubic Foot, as this is larger than we were expecting to buy. The WhirlPool does have one strange feature, where you have to hold the Start button while it counts down for three seconds before it will start...

We had the Whirlpool Duet washer and it lasted 10 plus years. All of our major appliances are whirlpool and we didn't see a need to try a different brand. Here are the things we like about the new washer. Large capacity. Easy to use. A reminder to use the clean setting on the washer every 30 loads for self cleaning. The only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been a little louder end of cycle tone but this is not a big deal.

My old Whirlpool washer was 12 years old and never required service so when it started acting up, rather than service it, I went with Whirlpool for my new one. So far I'm very happy. Huge capacity and does a good job getting everything clean. Will hold liquid detergent in the bottom, but I use powder, so I haven't tried this feature yet. Lots of features and cycle choices, but pretty simple to figure out.

This is an easy-to-use washer, which offers several wash options. The machine is very quiet and efficient as it controls and maintains proper water and spin cycle levels.

The last machine we had was a top loader. It was a piece of junk. The hinge, to keep the lid on the machine and locked, broke and we found a YouTube video on how to do a cheap quick fix on it with two large metal clips. That gave us a few months to look around for a replacement. We knew we had to have a large one and saw this beast. Never had a front end loader and it is incredible. We live on a farm with water from a well, so water simply recycles into the water table. A machine with water saver tech was not important. That truly is its only downside for us, and not a big deal. This is easy to use and does an outstanding job cleaning. The buttons are easy to understand and use. Great job Whirlpool!

We had our washer for two months and we have no complaints. I love all the washing options and the size. I can finally wash all my quilts at home. With a family of six and kids in activities it is a great option to have the load and go. I really am satisfied.

We've been using this washer for 3 months. Washes great. To be honest, we do not use every setting (there are quite a few options for washing laundry - more than we need). Depending where the machine is in the wash cycle, it can be fairly quiet or fairly noisy. The noise level is what prevents me from giving it 5 stars.

Large enough for large comforters and gets fabrics clean! The settings are great, easy to use. The load and go feature is great for my partner who hates measuring detergent. I love that it lets you know when it needs to be cleaned too!

Replaced 15 year old Kenmore/Whirlpool Duets and seem to be fairly similar in wash/dry capability, but considerably quieter and faster in my opinion-but I have no true statistics to back-up that claim. The only issue is the wife likes to use the Pods and it seems they do not fully dissolve entirely, but this has happened only on a couple of very small short duration loads.

Expensive, hyped. It looks good. Comes with the nice features. The noise is ok too. I still not able to understand why the detergent level is always appear as low detergent warning even after filling it. After 12 months of use, the part where you put detergent started to leak. Luckily, I was just 10 days away from the warranty expiration. The repair guy told that it is a very common problem with this Whirlpool model. I have other whirpool appliances in the house and they started to break after 6 months. No more Whirlpool.

So far washer is performing better than the 12 year old LG it replaced. Wash appeared to be cleaner with less wrinkles. Operation is fairly quiet. Wash options on right are bit hard to see, if it can light up would have been great. Will see how it holds up over time.

This washer and dryer set was truly a great buy. I can’t believe how much I can do with the operation of this equipment. I can steam sanitize and all the other setting to choose from. I really love this setup best purchase I’ve made in a longtime. I will be spreading the word to my friend..

Bought this washer at my local best buy. It was an open box item with minor scratches. It has only been a week but it runs great and looks great! My wife is very happy with this washer.

I purchased this machine in August 2019. 1.) The machine was leaking small amounts under the bottom of the machine. Unfortunately, it was small enough that we didn't notice until the leak got bigger and started coming out the side. Under Warranty, Whirlpool replaced the detergent tray (according to the repairman, they replace a lot of these). 2 Weeks later the leak is back. I notice wetness under the machine and in the extra detergent bin and drips coming from around the seal. 2.) I bought the bigger machine specifically to handle larger loads. But it doesn't handle one blanket. It constantly stops in the cycle and leaks a lot worse when I wash heavier loads like towels. 3.) The buttons on the front of the machine don't always respond to being pressed. I have to press them over and over or wait and come back to get the machine to turn on or start. 4.) Best Buy told me that it came with a warranty of 2-years. Whirlpol says it only 1. And despite the fact that I couldn't get ahold of them for months due to Covid-19 shutdowns. They are not extending it. I regret buying this machine.

This washer saves water and does a decent job when cleaning heavy duty stains. I wish it could be connected to the internet but overall it has enough functions to use it for all household washing needs.

We really like the washer. We bought the pedestal too and we’re disappointed with that. We put two bottles of tide in the bottom. Smaller size only. And the drawer can’t handle the weight. For the money you should be able to put things in the drawer. Washer I would recommend not the pedestal.

We have 3 boys plus myself and my fiancé so lots of clothes! This takes clothes like a champ. Super quiet. I plan on purchasing the dryer to match!
