A: I just got the same oven three days ago and it is driving me up a wall! Of course it’s no refunds or exchanges. I’m very upset I’m on an extremely limited budget of zero dollars a month and this thing is making me crazy with the squeaking!
Q: Does this model have a self clean, steam clean or both?
A: It has only a steam clean feature that doesn’t work very well.
Q: this range says 110v 40amp. My plug is 240v 40amp. Can I use this range?
A: Yes. My outlet in the kitchen is for 220 and the connector plug the installation crew put on was the right one for my outlet.
Q: is there a storage shelf or drawer on bottom of oven for pots and pans
A: Yes, there is a spacious drawer at the bottom for pots and pans.
Q: Is there any types of pots or pans you recommend not to use?
A: I have had to buy new pans and skillets. As long as the bottoms are smooth they seem to work just fine.
