A: Hit what type you need (like Bake) then use number pad to set temp (at say 350) and then hit start and wait for it to heat up.
A: Only if you're having Best buy install it
A: Yes, it's normal for the stove to have an odor for the first few times you use it. The person who installed my stove, turned it on 350 degrees for one hour to prime the stove. My stove also gets hot on the sides and back when I use it. I hope it's normal? If not, maybe someone else can respond too.
