Excellent dryer. Bought open box excellent condition and it has some minor scratches at the bottom front but it works great! I really like the different dryer settings and temp control for either bulky or delicate clothes. And the filter is very easy to clean. Highly recommend

I went on ChatGPT and asked for advice on buying a dryer in a lower cost and they suggested this one. I was gonna buy a Maytag and I guess it was badly rated since we’ve had the dryer. It’s been wonderful so happy to get it installer was wonderful

I do not recommend purchasing any LARGE appliances from Best Buy. When they hire installers that damage your property (in my case—broke my gas valve & caused a leak), they want you as the customer to go through an unorganized process to get reimbursed. It is over 15 days and still no resolution. Each time I reach out to customer service via phone or text, I given a different story.
