Love my washer and the Best Buy employees made it easy to purchase

My daughter and I recently moved and were in desperate need of a washer and dryer. Fortunately for us this dryer came as a package deal with the washer. It works as expected. Our clothes come out dry and unwrinkled every time.

Excellent dryer. Bought open box excellent condition and it has some minor scratches at the bottom front but it works great! I really like the different dryer settings and temp control for either bulky or delicate clothes. And the filter is very easy to clean. Highly recommend

I love it works very well easy to manage dry dries fast the capacity that it holds is more than what I expected very pleased.

I went on ChatGPT and asked for advice on buying a dryer in a lower cost and they suggested this one. I was gonna buy a Maytag and I guess it was badly rated since we’ve had the dryer. It’s been wonderful so happy to get it installer was wonderful

Automatic sensing makes for easy "Load and Forget" operation

So far so good. Not sure how to adjust the time, it appears it is just automatic.

The igniter went bad within a month. Called manufacturer, they informed us they would call us back. Still waiting for phone call.

I do not recommend purchasing any LARGE appliances from Best Buy. When they hire installers that damage your property (in my case—broke my gas valve & caused a leak), they want you as the customer to go through an unorganized process to get reimbursed. It is over 15 days and still no resolution. Each time I reach out to customer service via phone or text, I given a different story.
