Nice, lot of room for large loads. need better lint control, placement of exhaust is low at door, this causes the load to trap the exhaust opening. had an old WP with it high and to the back that worked great plus larger lint screen. Drying not so good, maybe I got return model. Have to run extra time to dry. But I still like the washer dryer set!

I love all of the space and it's easy to use my clothes are not so wrinkled

This dryer is easy to use and has a bunch of drying option. This unit is like all the others with the dry sense feature. You will sometimes have to use a time dry to get the clothes dry to your satisfaction. The lint trap on this machine builds up quicky. Clean it after every use. Whirlpool will even throw in a free dryer rack when you register your dryer

Gets the job done well. The lint catcher doesn't catch all the lint as expected. I've had to purchase a brush to help get it all out, and yet, we clean it after every load.

I love my new dryer. I have had no issuse with it. Has lots of setting & thing drys nicely.

I have put my washer to the full test and it has full fill all my expectations and more. I am very satisfied with my Whirlpool Washer and Dryer. I definitely do not Regret this Purchase.

This dryer allowed me to focus on other projects at the house. I was able to do 2 extra batches of clothes because it was so efficient. I have already recommended this dryer to my boss at the hotel. He said that he will give it a chance which is a super big compliment.

I love my new dryer. The installation crew did a very thorough job setting up and demonstrating the function of the gas dryer.

I am still waiting for contact regarding the installation of this dryer. The vent conduit is sticking out from the outside wall allowing entrance of wildlife. Unacceptable. No call from BestBuy to resolve. still waiting.

This machine replaces an earlier model (from 10 years ago) and it offers many more drying options plus wifi connectivity. Whirlpool is one of a few companies that offer a side vent option which was important to me as the set-up in the laundry room requires a right side vent rather than venting to the back. It requires an added kit (about $80.00) that is available on Amazon. Best Buy is one of few stores that has installers who do side venting (at an extra cost). All in all, I pleased with my purchase and the installation provided.

Overall, very good washer. Does its job quietly.i had issues with delivery. First time product came with dents and had to reschedule. It took almost 6-8 weeks to get the product. On a large load I have not figured out how to avoid errors.

It does what I need it to. Large capacity. Easy to use. The top is flimsy - if you lean on it the metal bends and pops back when you take your hand off.

I like it . Easy to use. Drying time is a little longer than I’m used to but love the large capacity.

This unit is pretty quiet and easy operation for person with not much operation skills as i am.

Unit did not heat after 1 minute. Had to change control board p, thermistor, and harness wiring. Took almost two weeks to get it to work properly. When it works it dries most of the clothes. Tends to take longer than expected to dry most loads due to an energy efficiency mode called ecoboost. Still works better than electric model. Newer dryers are just not as good as the older models.

Does a great job. Like different washing cycles. Like options with the adjitator.

Dryer was leaking water from the steam nozzle located on the inside of the dryer since the day we had it installed. Best Buy told me they could not fix it or replace it due to supply shortages on this item and customer service failed multiple times trying to get a third party repair company to fix it. Also they refused to reimburse me insurance plan I paid for. They o let offered me a 100 dollar gift card. I will not buy any large items or appliances from Best Buy anymore because they are not capable of repairing items if they break. They use third party repair companies that don’t even show up. Also the customer service is located in different countries and there was always a language barrier. Bad business for sure.
