I love it the dryer is fast. You don’t need to turn it on twice. If it says 50 minutes the dryer will stop when the clothes is already dry is fantastic!

I had a whirlpool for 20 years and loved it. First off when it's delivered you get a manual packet but it doesn't tell you what all the the buttons do (some self explanatory). You go to the website and it really doesn't either. No trouble shooting in back of book for codes. I'm not used to the digital buttons. It dry well. Nothing extraordinary...

The installer screws up the first dryer door when converting to gas. He pinched a wire and had to order a replacement. Then had to wait another 3 weeks for a replacement. They couldn’t put old dryer back because they cut the power cord.

This is a good dryer, BUT I had to replace after having it for less than 1 day! After they installed the dryer, I did a load of laundry, the washer was great and when I put it in the dryer, the first load ever to be dried in the new dryer...it did not work! It turned and did it's cycle, BUT there was not heat coming out of it. I had to take my wet clothes to my local laundymat to dry my clothes. I called Best Buy and they gave me the option to either wait 9 days for someone to come fix it or to wait 6 days to get a new one/to get it replaced. Obviously I said give me a new one because I would have it sooner than it beiung repaired and I did not want anyone to repair it because I knew it was faulty and I would have more issues down the road and I knew if they told me it was faulty and I would need a new one, that I would have to wait another week to get it replaced. The new dryer/the replacement dryer works fine, it works well, no issues, but the fact that they gave me one that does not work and I had to wait that long for a replacement, was/is terrible!
