Customer Ratings & Reviews

Our 17 year old whirlpool dryer stopped heating. So we bought this one, along with a new whirlpool washer. Install and delivery by best buy was super fast. The dryer itself is roomy and could handle our handle our king size quilt and dried it in a decent amount of time. Not too many bells and whistles, but for my household use it is perfect and easy to navigate. Pretty quiet too. highly recommend.

So far so good, we’ve had the dryer for 4months now. The family loves it, no issues. It’s very spacious on the inside and we love the light too. It matches our washer and is very simple and easy to operate. We try to use the handles gently and keep it clean.

We love our new dryer. Quiet and easy to use. Was delivered on time and installed in less than 30 mins.

After reading all the poorly rated gas dryer reviews with all the bells/whistles, I decided NOT to purchase the matching dryer that goes with my new washer and go with this bare-bones Whirlpool model. It has the basic functions and dries clothes fast without all the frustrations of the power boost, eco-smart, and dry sense technology. Very happy with this model.

Drys well. I like the way it converted to gas. Love the drop down opening of door

I bought this dryer and am very happy with it so far! I have had drying issues in the past, but this thing has had no problems, even with heavier items! I got it paired with the matching washer which is not as good as the dryer, but so far I don't have any major complaints.

Dryer works well and it was in stock same day. Wish it was cheaper but everything is pricey now a days.

Bought and installed in three days. Matches my washer. I am very pleased with the appliance and the service.

Easy to use, clean appearance, easy to read all the functions on knob.

Fast delivery great buy this is the only place that had the dryer I wanted great people to work with

Has a couple scratches but works super good thanks guys

Overall good product. Was delivered and installed promptly. And the price was decent.

Affordable, easy to install, very quiet, works as expected

This particular model works well. I’m very happy with it.

I am grateful for this dryer my old one ran out after over 20yrs of use

Good quality and value. It has good temp controls and

Very unreliable item. Total tech ripped off my floor as they installed it as well. MANY times did I tell them to be careful, but regardless it was a nightmare. The dryer won’t work and these guys just do not care to do things right. Very disappointed with best buy and these total tech services that charge $200 a year to just go drop off the appliance. Brand new it is supposed to be a smooth first experience. Not at all.

Efficient, Reliable, and Cost-Saving! I’m very happy with this gas dryer. It heats up quickly and dries clothes much faster than my old electric model, which saves both time and energy. The drum is spacious enough for large loads, and clothes come out soft, fresh, and wrinkle-free. I also like the multiple drying options—whether it’s heavy towels, delicate fabrics, or a quick refresh cycle, it handles them all with ease. It runs surprisingly quiet, and I’ve already noticed a drop in my utility bill compared to my previous dryer. Installation was straightforward, and the overall build feels solid and durable. If you’re looking for a dependable dryer that’s energy-efficient, gentle on clothes, and budget-friendly in the long run, this gas dryer is an excellent choice.

honestly i had it for 1 month and it works perfectly. it dry very well. but i do have to say when you clean the dryer it gets lil bit messy then it should but other then that it drys my big blankets very nicers tbh. it easy and simple to use. I like to press bottoms so its acrually nice for me.

Easy to use. Quick drying. Large capacity. Like how the door opens down.
