Our other air conditioner broke down on a very hot day waited a couple weeks to be delivered. It cools down great and also has a heater function as well

This AC keeps my apartment cold on the hot days and warm on those very cold nights. The ability to admit cold and warm air is the best of both worlds.

I am very disappointed with this air conditioner. Within about 10 days of installation, it began performing poorly during hot summer afternoons. The room temperature stays around 85°F even with the unit set to 60°F, and the compressor cycles on for only about 5 minutes before shutting off for 30. It has been unable to adequately cool even a relatively small room during peak summer heat. I contacted Best Buy hoping for a return or exchange, but my request was not accepted, leaving me with an expensive unit that has not met my expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this model. I would suggest considering more established air conditioner brands with a stronger track record for reliability and performance.
