Excellent product! Easy to install, a little lighter than other similar window units. I would buy this brand again.

The delivery process was a nightmare it was sent by fedex. The delivery driver refused to help bring up the 100lb package. I’ve had the unit for less than a month and it suddenly stopped cooling. Getting a replacement has been a horror. I paid for protection and still had to go through the warranty. Had to contact two different companies and run through hoops. Very frustrating never had this problem with PC Richard’s.
