Customer Ratings & Reviews

I seriously love this water filter. The water from my KitchenAid fridge tastes so much better. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it. I’d still buy it if it cost more. I use it for everything now, and I’ve noticed way less buildup in my appliances. If you care about clean, great-tasting water, this is a no-brainer.

Good quality filter but on the pricey side! I’ve been using this for a while and it’s real simple to change and use but the price should come down!

Good quality filter but on the pricey side! Very easy to install and peace of mind knowing that the water and ice from our refrigerator is going to be perfect - no cloudiness or unpleasant tastes.

It works well, it removes most bad taste from the water and ice. It could last linger but it doesn’t leak and is easy to change

These are genuine filters from the manufacturer, easy to install, and make the water taste great. Beware of ordering from discount retailers or from big online websites that offer prime transport to your home, they pass off knockoffs as genuine. These are the best quility, won't damage your fridge, make the water taste better, and really do what they say they'll do. I have used these for years and trust them completely.

Seems to work fine, only had a bad experience with one that we had to call a Best Buy tech out to resolve due to air in the line. It's a bit pricey at $60 especially since the fridge seems to say it needs a new one 2-3 times per year. But it's the only brand Best Buy carries for the Whirlpool fridge I purchased from them, would be nice to have a more affordable option or if these lasted a full year.

This filter produces great tasting water, even when the water sits for awhile and goes to room temperature it still tastes fresh.

This is the required filter for my refrigerator. I was very apprehensive about replacing the old filter myself but it was really simple. I love the packaging and most of all the water and ice is clean and safe for my family.❤️

Excelente product, we are very happy with the quality of the water using this filter

Luv the new refrigerator… it lets you know when the filter needs changed… very easy to replace

Very easy to install and the taste of the water is satisfactory. Works great but a little pricey.

Very good filter in term of ease of installation, water quality! However, the price is horrendous! I wish they would have universal filter at about 20 bucks each, not at the $49.95 price I paid!

Easy to install filter. Delivery super fast. Water filters good. Make sure you run water per theninstructions before drinking for the first time use

Love it! Easy for me to switch filters, and get great tasting water.

Fit perfectly as it should! Filtering water as it should! Easy to install!

Perfect fit for my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Price a little high but not much options for filters. Does it's job.
