My contractor easily installed this fan in the attic. The fan gets the electricity it needs from the range hood so no power source in the attic is required. This fan is installed in the attic above my kitchen. The fan noise in the kitchen is minimal.

Very nice product. Wish a longer adapter cord to attach the motor to the vent was available.

Work great, with the high speed its sure to exhaust everything being cooked
