A great film that I had never seen in the theaters.Geraldine page was fabulous I’m so sad she did win supporting actress for this film.It’s an adventure in the ending will make you stand up and applaud

Have always loved this film and was so excited to finally see it released on Blu Ray. The picture and sound are great!

A classic film, enhanced by a "Making Of" short that reveals the film's conception and offers a glimpse behind the scenes. Although the two male stars are not in the "Making Of" (Gregory Hines had passed away, and Baryshnikov's absense was not explained), it's a nice little featurette. The film itself is an incredible blend of politics, suspense, and dance. Great acting all around, too. And Helen Mirren is a gem!

This is a movie about a defector and selector, a ballet artist who defects from Russian and a tap dance artist who leaves the US and becomes a selector of Russion. Great dancing / Great Music tracks from Lion Richie / Great Love story / Happy Ending!!!

An 80's classic with incredible performances from Gregory Hines, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Helen Mirren, and Isabella Rossellini. Definitely worth the purchase. My only complaint is the bluray didn't include any new bonus features.

A little defection here, a little dancing there, Two great dancers paired up in unusual surroundings. Mikhail vs. Gregory are a pleasure to watch. "Gotta dance!"

Great combination of Gregory Hines & Mikhail Baryshnikov. Including great actresses, Helen Mirren and Isabella Rossellini. Story was great along with the soundtrack.

Always a classic for me as I watched this growing up with my mom. I love the dancing, wish there was more, but overall just a great movie.

I saw this movie in the early 80's when it came out. It was not available to rent or buy for many years. Finally available. Just watched it and it is FABULOUS!! The usual dance greats were amazing . My children loved it as well. Even though it was a pretty complex plot for young kids. Anyone that loves dance needs to see this once again. Baryshnikov is a dream and Hines is an all time great. Greatly missed. Enjoy
