Please feel free to review it here: support.whoop.com/s/article/WHOOP-Warranty-Policy. The only difference is if you decide to return your WHOOP and cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you will need to return the device to Best Buy for a refund and cancelation. We do not have any information about device upgrades at this time and are fully supporting and updating the WHOOP 4.0. If a newer version of WHOOP becomes available, we will let all of our members know their options to upgrade at that time. To help with your question, WHOOP devices purchased at one of our retail partners will only apply the prepaid membership months to a brand new WHOOP account. If you purchase a WHOOP from an authorized retailer but you already have an active account, you will need to reach out to our membership services team at [email protected] and they will be able to add the 12-months to your account.
