Replacing an older wine fridge. This one seems well made and good dimensions. The only drawback is that the total number of bottle capacity is highly over estimated. We have been able to only pack 96 bottles.

Very pretty. More noisy than average. No bending over as with the 24- or 36-inch units—stand tall! Good blue interior lighting. The 4 shelves supplied are just not enough, and there are no extras for sale at the factory, or the national parts shops. Ended up fabricating a 5th; poor design, would you not agree? Still, good value. Make sure the deliverymen uncrate it.

Refrigerator was perfect size but needed the temperature to go lower than 45 degrees and we needed to install in a cabinet and thus refrigerator isn’t supposed to be put in a cabinet. Wasn’t told this when we purchased.

The door fell off the hinges after very slight use. We paid for the extra protection package which included delivery and set up but does not include an option for them to come pick it up to fix it. It is a huge, heavy fridge and nearly impossible for us to return.

Stores lots of bottles efficiently. Tall but compact. Keeps good temperature

This is a great wine cooler. We have had 3 different coolers in the past and this is the best by far.

since storing fur coats is a very expensive, unit will pay for it self in about 3 years.

Arrived one month late, dented and the door was literally broken off. I've spent the last month trying to get it picked up and the money refunded. What has happened to Best Buy? I will never buy anything from them again.

Very happy with purchase. Only issue is difficulty in stacking bottles, so I’ve instead placed them upright, which makes them easier to access. Best Buy had the best price on the item by far.
