Temps are correct, easy to store, products come out with desirable consistency

I've had different kinds of ice cream machine, from the traditional one that requires ice and salt, to compressor type ones, this is by far the best!! Ice cream turns out very creamy and well blended, its literally "set it and forget it". The difficult part is scraping off the ice cream from the blade,. I also wish it made more, though this is probably already the biggest capacity in the market
