The unit is quiet and a great size. The double hole concept utilizes the entire window, making it ideal for both smaller bedrooms. I will mention one thing: it doesn't work like a 13,000 BTU unit. In reality, it functions more like a 9,000 to 10,000 BTU unit.

This portable AC is so worth it! Good thing I purchased it, especially in summertime when it is very helpful to cool down our room.
