Can’t decided whether I keep it P.F. give it as a gift. Maybe I’ll play it first then gift it to a friend.

The original Wolfenstein 3D was a pioneer of FPS games, but ver straightforward, kill naut-sees, wash rinse repeat. Then comes the recent remakes that were beyond crazy. Non stop action and crazy twists and turns. Kept me guessing all the way through. Then we get to Youngblood, which is vanilla as they come. Compared to the other recent games this one simply does not hold up. There protagonists are as boring as they come, but even more boring are the antagonists. The graphics and sound are great, and the gameplay is what we’ve come to expect from Wolfenstein, but the story and environments are sorely lacking. Guess I’m going to have to wait for a proper sequel.

I was looking forward to this game as a co-op game set in the wolfenstein universe seems good on paper . I was terribly disappointed as this game becomes repetitive very quickly and the banter between the two sisters is very cringey and very unoriginal it’s as if a robot wrote these characters based on what it thinks humans say to each other. It’s awful and gets very annoying very quickly again. There is a armor level connected to enemies in which you have to use a certain ammo type to damage the enemies however the armor symbol is very small and while in combat kind of hard to read not impossible just kind of dumb in my opinion. Why even implement this into a Wolfenstein game? All I want to do is shoot stuff and this armor system slows down the game tremendously. Oh and while playing the game even in single player you can’t actually pause the game, why is this a good idea idk. Oh and you go to the same areas again and again with only a handful of levels and some areas have enemies behind a huge level gate and can destroy you in two hits. I like a challenging game as much as the next gamer but there’s a better way to do it then make the same looking enemies take more shots to take down and allow them to deal 3x as much damage. Overall just a average game at best maybe even below average and the whole cooperative aspect is just as laughable as the rest of the game plagued with connection issues and laggy severs. Don’t buy this at full price maybe wait for a deep sale!!

When I heard it was coop only, I was disappointed. Thankfully they released it with an AI player if you don't want to play online or with another person. Gameplay is classic Wolfenstein but there are some issues where areas that you clear will regenerate which sucks. Save points are when you go from one stage to another which can be a pain as some of the levels can be pretty long that you have to repeat otherwise.

The game is entertaining. More if played co-op. The story has it's moment of slow pace but it obviously leads towards the third game! For me more Wolfenstein is sweet so no complains. And for the price was no doubt!

I'm a fan of Wolfenstein. This game has some pretty good graphics and game play. I play alone and the AI companion is pretty good. The one thing I found a little difficult is there were a good bit of side missions and going back to the HUB (your safe zone) there is to much there and to many levels. I'm still getting used to it. If you are a fan you'll like this game.

Best game I've played in a long time. FUN CO-OP. Great FPS, addictive and fun to completion. Great graphics and weapons/skills to upgrade. Only flaws I can think of is that the environments are a little repetitive, the sister can sometimes not heal you when needed if she is a cpu, and not enough "scare" factor. Minor drawbacks. Looking forward to future Wolfenstein games.

I understand people bashing the game for a weak story, cheesy dialogue, and it feeling like a glorified dlc rather than a new installment to the series. Old blood was much better for a stand-alone but this game still has great mechanics, awesome new skills and abilities. Gameplay is a ton of fun and it outweighs the cons

Just started this but was immediately impressed by how different yet similar it feels to the last two mainline Wolfenstein games. This game is much faster paced, which is saying something, and has a lot of customization options which the last two didn’t really offer. If you’re a fan of the story, or co-op shooters in general, check this out.

I was looking for the Wolfenstein experience from the first game, as I thought the second game wasn't as good, and this delivered for the most part. Something just feels - off - when it's in co-op. The AI probably ruins it as I failed numerous missions when the AI went awry. The free Buddy Pass is amazing and a good way to setup a friend to play with you.

I enjoyed Co-Op First Person Shooter feature this game offers, it's not ground breaking but it's good enough for me. The story is simple but brings a satisfying ending, and there are plenty of enemies to kill, which makes it another enjoyable Wolfenstein game.

Wolfenstein The New Blood is a fun, bloody romp for shooting game fans. Great graphics and gameplay are accompanied by excellent cut scenes. As a mature rated title, I would only recommend this for older gamers due to the blood and language.

One of the best aspects of the newest Wolfenstein reboot was the storyline following the main character. This game still has the fun gameplay, but is sorely lacking in story progression.

I think is a good side story to the Wolfenstein series but not as much content. It is a short experience but fun to play through. I bought this game on sale so keep an eye out for it.

As a fan of the originals, this one disappoints. Stick with the cheaper and better game - Wolfenstein 2.
