This tool is just over 3 lbs. and fits into places larger tools could never go, which only increases its usefulness. Safer than a saw, though powerful, this tool moves in tiny back-and-forth motions, like a medical saw that’s used to cut off casts. It’s capable of tremendous power, but delicate enough for precise jobs. There’s no kickback and anyone can use it. Plus, a 6.5-ft. cord gives you the reach you need to skip using an extension cord in many instances. Taking the oscillating multitool to the next level, Worx has included a clip-in wrench on the WX686L, which replaces the traditional method of attaching accessories and makes it easier than ever. No more Allen keys or flanges to lose. Simply slide the on-board clip-in wrench forward, insert it in the head of the oscillating multitool and twist to unlock the interface. Slide on your preferred accessory and twist the wrench again to securely attach your accessory to the multitool. Re-install the on-board clip-in wrench and you're ready to work. It's that simple.
