I bought these for my wife, whose hand strength isn’t enough to use pruners or loppers on anything bigger than a pencil. These weight a little over 2lbs w the batter and last a day of use. She could cut good size 1” branches no problem, old wood or fresh. The make very nice clean cuts. We’re both very impressed with these Worx pruners. Highly recommended. We looked at LOTS of others, these beat them hands down for solid heavy home use.

I put off buying for a while due to misconceptions of weight and cost. This device is a lifesaver in my natural yard as it is easy to use, not heavy at all and will cut through most everything I was using two hand loppers for in addition to the typical bypass pruner limbs. It is expensive, even on sale, but worth every penny in my opinion.

Fun and easy to use. It slices through branches up to 1 inch like butter and handles dead dry branches just as easily as fresh branches. Most of what I'm cutting is dead and crispy. It makes pruning problem bushes and trees so much easier and gives me a few minutes to rest my hand a little, so I'm getting more done before I'm tired. The cuts are super smooth and clean. I can cut right up next to the trunk or cordon, so healing is easier on the plant.

I was looking for a trimmer that I could use with one hand. This worked perfectly. I have limited use of one arm due to my stroke and found it difficult to use a regular trimmer. Cuts easily through good size limbs and growths. Easy to use.

This pruning shear does a pretty good job and I am impressed. I kept having the manual ones break on me, but this one seems pretty sturdy so far. It holds a good charge for a pretty long time also.

Finally reviewing some items I purchased and this is my favorite tool. I've used it on my rose bushes and smaller limbs to prune for the season and it works amazing

Purchased this WORX cordless pruning shear to attack a couple seasons worth of neglected trimming due to illness. Using my normal hand tools would have taken forever and left me with sore hands. This Worx cordless shear worked like a champ on the smaller branches. Purchased on sale and very happy with it. Brushless and 5 year warranty are both a plus. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this when it was a Deal of the Day. The picture instructions are difficult to decipher but there are YouTube tutorials. Very easy to use and a time saver.
