Over all i give it 3 stars... I really like the pilviting head and rotating shaft.. Ny dislikes were it didnt work at all when i recieved it.. The head wouldnt turn/rotate like it was suppose to.. And unfortunately i didnt try it out as soon as i got it so didnt know it didnt work to return it for a replacement.. I purschased it at the end of last summer so dodnt open it to use till spring and my warranty had ran out on it.. Thank God I Haad a roomate that took it apart and got it to rotating and spining like it should but the line feed didnt work but that was ok cause at least i didnt lose out on all my money i used to purchase it.. It runs really good and will weedwack right on threw the jungle i had growing around my place with not much hesitation at all.. Im impressed with it.. Kinda would like my total extension for the length to be a lil longer.. Cause its a few inches shorter than i prefer.. And im a short person.. But over all i would reamend it to anyone cause the poistive points out weigh any of the negitives i had for it.. And for the price it was worth it.. I give it a 7 1/2 out off ten.. And would repurchase this item again..

Sad little trimmer. It has NEVER auto fed the line, and now it is very difficult to remove the line spool.... which has to happen every single time to advance the line. Impossible to use as an edger. I'd return it, but Best Buy has a 15 day return policy??? Gotta remember that going forward.

Horrible "instructions"

worst instructions I have ever seen. There is nothing on the tool that matches the picture showing the tiny hole that a screw apparently is inserting into. Why make a product and not clearly show how to assemble it. What a waste of my time!

I returned it for the next grade due to it being unable to even trim my grass. While I understand it requires an extension cord and to be plugged in. The value just isn’t there.
