    Stay inside and watch this marvel mow your yard!

    This is my second auto mower, I loved the first for years before it was zapped by a thunderstorm. TIp, always plug expensive equipment into a quality surge protector. But my new WORX auto mower is so much more than the first model I tried! Not only does it mow my entire lawn but it even does it in those fun manicured rows you see. I can schedule it, tell it what to avoid, track it's progress with my phone, drive it from my phone like a remote control car, and more! It's literally one of the best things I ever bought. My fist mower relied on the boundary wire beneath the grass but this guy uses cameras and gps to just know where to go! And this model is awesome because it can handle the steeper hills in my yard as well as the deep ditches. Once I got the hang of it I even programmed it to also take care of my neighbor's front yard! Honestly, robot mowers are just the best thing, I wish more people would buy in. They cost less than most riding mowers, don't require gas or as much maintenance, and they're just fun to own and watch. Buy one from a retailer or dealer you trust, go in for the extended warranty if you'd like peace of mind, and just don't forget the surge protector like I did the first time. ;-). Oh, and my mower's name is Johnny 5, if you get the reference. Say hi if you ever drive by and see him clipping my grass! Oh, that's another thing, NO grass clippings or pile! I actually smelled cut grass while driving down the street and it took me a second to remember what the smell was. Sorry, I could just go on all day...     Poor results

    This robot lawnmower doesn't give clear instructions on where and what direction to place the charging station. When you call support for help, there is no answer and you have to wait until they call you back. When support calls back the time is either not convenient for you or they don't call back at all that day. I figured out how to get the mapping done with little to no help from Worx Support. The first use my lawn had stripes of uncut grass. I had to the update app and firmware and still the robot was going around something that wasn't there to avoid, so I had spots of uncut grass. At one point either the app, robot, or both lost Wi-Fi connection, the status on the app said the robot was going home, and would not allow me to select play to have the robot finish mowing the lawn. I selected refresh on the map, the app still said going home. I closed out of the app twice and went back in the app and it still said going home. I called Worx Support, waited two hours for them to call back. The Support Member told me to close the app and go back in, the status was still going home. I spent over two weeks attempting to get this robot lawnmower working properly, I personally could have had my lawn mowed four times. This robot lawnmower takes up too much of my time and frustration, I returned it. I like the other Worx products, but this robot lawnmower is not for someone who is technologically challenged.
