Best Buy did not honor my return despite numerous attempts to obtain a return shipping label (before the expiration of the return period). After 2 long frustrating hours with on-line chat (probably bots), I received no help. This is the worst customer experience I have had in years and I will no longer shop at Best Buy and I will share my negative experience with many friends!
