This game has the most wrestlers ever. The engine is the same as all the other 2k games. It's still hard to get out of submissions and pins. Counters are still hard. Button mashing would work better. If this game had the no mercy or smackdown ps1 engine, it would be the best game ever. Its still a good game.

Very Fun Game! You cannot beat the price right now if buying physical instead of buying WWE2K20. My sons and I have been playing an hour or two each day since purchasing and have a blast through WWE Universe mode. We've begun to choreograph our matches, lol. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is rarely (like 1 out of probably 50 matches) we've seen a wrestler get "stuck" in the graphics and go crazy rag doll (it gets a laugh).

Overall: WWE 2K19 delivered this year. After dishing out major disappointments in WWE 2K18 and WWE 2K17, they finally managed to make a comeback with WWE 2K19. The game got several new roster additions this year with names such as Undisputed Era, Ronda Rousey, Mandy Rose, Velveteen Dream, and others. Game developers certainly gave players a lot this year to keep them busy. My Career, Universe, Showcase, Towers.

I haven’t played wrestling games in a while. And this is great game to come back to. Like the graphics and love the rosters. So many things to do and master. I’m still going through it all. I like it.

This is my first 2K wrestling game and I vastly prefer the gameplay of WWF No Mercy but this is still a good game. There are too frequent and long load times and some clipping/animation issues but that doesn't hurt the fun too much. Game just needed more polish. Lots of modes to play and a story mode called my Player is pretty fun so far. Warning though, you can only change the settings from your in game phone in Mplayer so once you are in a match, you are stuck if it's too difficult. I bought it on sale for $9.99 so I am fine with my purchase.
