If your Wyze Outdoor Plug is not saving the device connection and you suspect it's because you're using a 5GHz WiFi network, make sure your phone is connected to your 2.4GHz network during the setup process as Wyze Outdoor Plugs only support 2.4GHz bands; try restarting the plug and going through the setup again on the correct network.
